This is a no joke pte workout , I have to remind myself to focus when I'm at the gym , this will give you the performance youe looking for , it doesn't really give you a tingle but you can feel the effects. If your sensitive to caffeine this isn't for you . If you want a food strong workout this is for you .

It’s a good pre workout I’ve gotten it before but this time my pre workout it hard to get out.

OMG this stuff is intense. Had to cut the recommended dose in half, it was making me too wired, but wow it’s a rush of energy.
