Didn't come with instructions so has it been blown up or do you have to put air in it, no idea

This wobble seat is very comfortable and provides a sensory experience too. It could help someone with ADHD to stay in one spot and focus on an activity. For me the texture and rocking motion I get from it, satisfies my need to fidget and move around. The colour is a bit bright and over-stimulating for me, but I'm sat on it and can't see it anyway. It came pumped up to the right level and comfort for me, there is a hole in which you can fit a standard air pump/ball pump/bike pump etc, and is reasonably easy to pump up. The material used feels strong and durable and is a good size for children and smaller adults. Although the quality is good it seems a little over-priced to me.
