Love this product and the mouthwash from this brand! Your mouth will feel so incredibly clean after this! My only negative isn’t about the product but the packaging the tube comes in, which feels like sooo much plastic and so much waste. The product is incredible but I would be happier with a more eco-friendly packaging option!

Finally, someone made a good toothpaste with SILVER in it! This is for killing bacteria and your toothbrush will REMOVE it! LOVE IT! After this, I quickly use my remineralizing paste without rinsing. The taste is VERY mild and the paste itself is gel in an amber shade. This would probably work extremely well if you spread it at your gumline and then floss with some dental tape as it will get it into the crevices and under the gumline that way. Sweetened with xylitol which kills bacteria as well. The xylitol makes your mouth water too. This naturally adds enzymes from your saliva that help in cleaning naturally. I like this paste and I think this would be great for kids too as the taste is pretty mild. If you are looking for a "foaming" paste, this is not it! You want something with SLS in it as that is what creates all of the foam. It is also a cause of oral shedding, so it is NOT in this paste/gel.

Excellent alternative to drugstore toothpaste. I have been plagued with dry mouth and byrning mouth syndrome for about 6 months. Fluoride toothpastes made it worse. Biotene toothpaste and mouthwash did not help. Even my preferred healthy brand fluoride-free toothpaste left my mouth feeling stripped. The winterment is a thick honey colored gel, very gentle, mild and sweet. The combination of xylitol and colloidal silver means my teeth and gums are protected. And it leaves my mouth feeling fresh (but not minty) and moisturized. If you're used to regular toothpaste it's a bit of an adjustment to how different it feels. But after using for 2 months, I can't imagine EVER going back to regular toothpaste. As a side note, I think this would be a very smart choice for children. The texture and flavor are much more palitable than even drugstore children's toothpaste.

Has good flavor, like the fact that it has colloidal silver & the way it makes my teeth feel nice & clean without all the foam you get from brushing with regular toothpaste. I prefer peppermint flavored & its been really hard to get it in that so I've just been settling for the spearmint. I did have 1 tube that leaked at the bottom when i squeezed it onto toothbrush. Good value for the amount ypu get.

My Oral Surgeon daughter recommended this and was trying to explain to me the technology behind it being better for your teeth. I didn't understand any of it, but if she thinks it's good, I ordered some. I've been using it now for about a month and I had to use regular toothpaste one night. I hated the way my mouth burned. I was so happy to get back to my Elementa the next time. It takes some getting used to after a lifetime of the normal stuff, but I am really liking it. It is only mildly minty, but I've noticed my breath is better now too.

I love the premise of this product, particularly the remineralizing of teeth concept. However, what I've found is over time -- when the tube is about half used -- the gel becomes dryer and comes out more like a glob on my toothbrush that I have to be very careful to get in my mouth before it rolls off the bristles. That's in comparison to when I first opened the tube and had to be very fast to put the gel on my toothbrush and get it in my mouth before it seeped through the bristles and off the toothbrush because it was very liquid and runny. So while I love the product's ingredients and premise, the use of the product is a bit tricky.

Hands down the best toothpaste. Worth paying the extra money. Child used to suffer from cavities and the last year at the dentist nothing since switching.

careful with this tooth paste ! it started to turn my teeth i don’t know how to describe it other than clear or opaque. i tried this product line for quite a while went through 4 bottles of mouth wash , the mints , and over 4 bottles of tooth paste but it didn’t help with my dental checkup and my teeth were scary clear until i immediately stopped using it . i messaged the dentist who promoted it in restorative ig and he did not get back to me until several times commenting and messaging. don’t buy into more bs everyone is just trying to make a quick buck these days and there’s no quality control.
