Looks and feels good, not flimsy or cheap-like. Water pressure is good, easy to install. Came with all needed parts and everything worked in right out of the box. I previously bought a similar styled brand name faucet that was literally 7x the price of this one but the quality is not that much different. The expensive one did have nicer packaging. Overall this is an excellent value and I'm very happy with my purchase.

We bought a home in Florida and the kitchen sink had an older but still very nice faucet. The older faucet was very low and had a swivel head, so I was having a time getting a pot under it. cleaning the sink was fine until I turned it off in the up position and walk away only to have my husband come by and turn on the faucet and spray himself. I knew i needed to have it changed, so started looking at the home stores but boy were they expensive and they didn't have type I was looking for. So Amazon to the rescue. I started hunting for the type of faucet that would be a pull down with a sprayer, and started reading the reviews. I kept coming back to this one and am so glad I did. My husband took off the old faucet after reading the directions, put the new faucet in. I think it took him an hour total. He was pleasantly surprised that the whole process was not hard to do. There is usually a snafu with changing old to new and thankfully this wasn't the case. The faucet looks great in the kitchen and now its making me want to do more updates. We both like this faucet better then the one in our home in KY that he changed when we first moved in 8 years ago. Makes me want to buy another one and have him install in the Ky house. The flow of the water coming out of the faucet is nice and strong and the change over to spray is simple and direct. The hold of the pull down and let go is straight forward. Would definitely recommend. If anything goes wrong will update this review.

This faucet is incredible for the price! It took my husband not even 5 minutes to put on our sink. I love the matte black; it matches our other appliances. It is very easy to use. The pressure from it, is more than enough. My kids often "forget" to rinse their dishes, so when I go to do dishes there are always dishes with food stuck on them and this faucets pressure makes it much easier to get the gunk off. Which in turn means less time doing dishes, which, let's "faucet", is the worst house chore. Well besides the toilet, but that's another story 🤣🤣🤣ok forgive me for my dad joke, I had too! ha-ha Anyways, I highly recommend this faucet to anyone who needs a new one, or who doesn't, I promise it will not disappoint!

I was a little skeptical about purchasing this faucet because of the price. I had looked at a few other “brand name” faucets for 3+ times the price. If you’re considering this, buy it! Don’t let the price scare you. Absolutely worth it. Very well made and sturdy. The only reason it got four stars is because of the weight for the pull out sprayer getting caught up in the hoses under the cabinet. I don’t know that it could be done any differently as I’m not an engineer. But other than that it’s great. Water pressure is better than my old faucet and the sprayer cleans off better without the mess. Over all? Fantastic! AND it aesthetically gorgeous!

Great product for the price. Functionally, everything this is great. I have a large sink (around 29” wide) and I am able to pull the hose all the way to the corners to clean it out. Water pressure is great. Installation wasn’t too bad, we spent most of the time trying to figure out the “correct” direction of the handle. I went with it on the right side - hot towards and cold away. This is mostly preference, so do it however you want. One of my worries before getting this was my hard water. I’ve been pretty careful, and usually give it a quick dry down after each use (if it needs it). Unfortunately, I am still getting hard water build up on the base of the faucet. It’s no fault of the product, but just something to consider if you also have hard water. Overall, very pleased. Have been using it for about 6 months now and have had no issues.

I bought this faucet three years ago & I’m very happy we went with this style. It overall has held up well. The pull down is nice & convenient and we’ve had no problems with the functioning parts. However, we had to use the base plate and that piece is rusting. If it weren’t we would be happy to keep this faucet for longer - so it’s truly unfortunate. We have hard water in our area so it can be hard on pieces that function with water (they just don’t las as long) but overall this has been a great faucet. If you’re on a budget, this would be a great piece to consider - but I’m not sure I’d use this base again. I’d see if I can get a more trustworthy brand for that. It’s really the only thing taking away from it in this household.

Perfect for our 5th wheel. Had to replace the existing one and this is awesome! Easy to install. Super nice looking. Works great.
