Purchased this in hopes that I wouldn’t have to get it replaced by the Cadillac dealer for the 4th time! I am by no means a mechanic; just a stay at home mom who was tired of having a broken screen in my 2015 ATS 2.0T Luxury. I watched two YouTube videos and can confirm that it wasn’t a difficult installation. Took me under 2hours to remove and install everything back to its original state. All the holes lined up with no issues. It works perfect! Saved me over $1800! I have no lagging issues either.

The screen was delivered on time and in a safe box. It came with great tools (except the tweezers, kinda weak). It was fairly difficult to remove and replace, but with enough patience, it can be completed in about 2 1/2 hours. There are some very good videos online to explain the process. It now looks and works perfectly. I hope it lasts. I do recommend this product.

Perfect! Easy to install and a great value for your money! The functionality is exactly as my original screen! The brightness of the screen is perfect too! This $45 screen saved me $1500!

Product worked perfect. I pulled installation instructions from online and it was not difficult to install at all. Do allow yourself about 2-3 good hours from start to finish.

Works and fits perfectly as a mechanic but this and my husband CTS perfect fit I would purchase, especially if you know how to install save lots of money without having to go to the dealership to spend thousands

Just had it installed today, my touch screen stopped working but the lower half was still functional. Luckily it stuck while in Bluetooth mode so my music could change genere. Looks great works well I almost felt it was a new car lol Dealership wants like.$1000 Cost me less than $300 total and that includes the gas to the shop!

Took a few hours to get the old screen out and replaced, its not too complex but requires you to disassemble most of CUE system. The quality of this screen matches the OEM perfectly. Im absolutely blown away by it for only 100$ CAD it works exactly like new. Theres no screen lag, defects or sensitivity issues. You would never know it was replaced ( 2016 srx ). Beats the dealership charging you like 2000$.

This screen works after my existing CUE screen was frozen. I had my doubts... but it does work. Viewed youtube instruction videos to assist in installing. Very difficult to install - must be about 50-75 screws to take off. Just take your time and it will work.

Fit perfect works well. Screen is responsive. I just installed it so I do not know the lifespan but for the price it is worth it. No issues at all
