Opt 7 is not only a quality product with high quality construction. There customer service is top notch. I had an issue with one of the strips that came with one of my kits. When I contacted opt 7 the helped me figure it out. The stip was no longer useable so opt 7 sent me a new one right away. No need to look anywhere else these are the lights you want backed by great customer service.

I don't say this often neither do I endorse products alot, but opt7 simply put the competition to shame. When it comes to led automotive lighting. First off I have been a loyal customer to this company because for one anything I buy from opt7 is just as advertised. Great quality products built to last and they all come packaged well. Now personally I love their aura led exterior kit which is has rugged aluminum putter body to protect the led's. Plus with this kit you have over 18 colors to choose from and you can mix and match the preset colors to create a color of your own with the included remote! Also you can adjust the luminosity (light intensity) of the led and their strong enough the can be seen doing the day and look amazing at night. Everything you need to get up and going is included in the packaging for the aura led kit all the way down to brackets, screws and zip ties is. Along with three ways to hook them up for power in-line under the hood fusebox tap, cigarette lighter adapter or fuse box tap for inside your vehicle. Not to mention more than enough wire to reach anywhere along your vehicle with easy snap and go connectors and the ability to buy extra extensions or led if you need them The led's have also multiple modes you can choose from strobe, fade and music sync which works great.

Purchased the expansion pack to add on to my boat interior light kit. The lights have a good color to them and get pretty bright. Easy to install and seems to be of good quality. The connections are solid but it would be nice if you could get longer extension wires.

JUST INSTALLED THESE ON MY NEW STINGER, SINCE THE FACTORY FOOTWELL AND MOOD LIGHTS WERE JUST TOO DIM. I PREFER THE BLUISH WHITE LIGHT SETTING. FIRST ZIP-TIED THE CONTROL UNIT ON THE FIREWALL, JUST BEHIND THE DRIVER FUSE BOX, USING THE DOOR LAMP FUSE AND ONE ADD-A-FUSE CONNECTOR. HOOKED UP AND STUCK ON THE DRIVER SIDE LIGHT RIGHT UNDER THE DASH, THEN FISHED THE PASSENGER FRONT AND REAR WIRING THROUGH THE SMALL GAP BEHIND THE A/C BLOWER, AND THEN ATTACHED THE FRONT PASSENGER LIGHTS JUST BELOW THE GLOVE BOX, USING THE STICKY SIDE ADHESIVE FOR THESE LIGHT STRIPS , THEN TUCKED THE WIRES GOING TO EACH OF THE BACK SEATS UNDER THE FACTORY FLOOR MATS, THEN PROTECTING THEM WITH 3/8 INCH FLEX CONDUIT LOOM WHEN ROUTING THE WIRE UNDER THE SEATS, THEN FINALLY ATTACHING THE REAR LIGHT STRIPS WITH THE STICKY ADHESIVE, AS WELL AS USING SEVERAL ZIP TIES, INSTALLING THEM JUST UNDER THE FRONT SEATS ON THE BACK LONG METAL BAR, WHICH IS LOCATED RIGHT UNDER THE TWO METAL CLIPS WHICH ATTACH TO AND HOLD THOSE ELASTIC SEAT BACK STRAPS TIGHT ONTO THE BOTTOM OF EACH SEAT. MAKE SURE TO MOVE THE SEATS AROUND AND UP AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE, TO GET A REALLY GOOD LOOK UNDERNEATH. USE A SMALL BRIGHT FLASHLIGHT AND A GOOD-SIZED HAND MIRROR. THEN STICK YOUR HEAD AND FINGERS UNDER THERE TO FIND EVERYTHING. JUST BE CAREFUL TO ALLOW ENOUGH LENGTH, THEN CAREFULLY ZIP-TIE THE PROTECTIVE LOOM UP AND OUT OF THE WAY TO ALLOW UNRESTRICTED SEAT TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH..THESE MUCH BRIGHTER LIGHTS NOW COME ON WHEN I LOCK AND UNLOCK THE DOORS, WHICH IS SO MUCH MORE HELPFUL FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING THE CAR, AND ALSO FOR EASILY CHECKING FOR ANY ITEMS LOST UNDER THE SEATS OR LEFT LYING ON THE FLOOR. THIS WAY I CAN NOW LEAVE THE MAIN LED OVERHEAD LIGHTS AND MOOD LIGHTS IN THE DOOR-OPEN POSITION, AND THEY WILL STILL COME ON AND GO OFF AS USUAL.. I CAN ALSO USE THE REMOTE NOW TO TURN ON OR OFF MY NEW LED FOOTWELL LIGHTS WHEN I START DRIVING, AND TO AVOID ANY DISTRACTION AT NIGHT. SUCH A WELL-MADE AND USEFUL PRODUCT.. I EVEN BOUGHT THE TWO EXTRA ADD-ON EXTENSION LIGHTS FOR THE HATCH OR TRUNK, WHEN I EVER DECIDE WHERE EXACTLY TO INSTALL THEM.

I found the quality of these lights much better than others I looked at. Clean your surface well and warm the 3M strip with a hairdryer, adhesion is very good.
