Freezing In Dallas!
When winter arrives in Texas it hits fast and temperatures can drop 40+ degrees in a matter of hours. Freezing temperatures and freezing ice can last for days. I purchased this in anticipation of winter storms and glad I did! This fleece neck warmer is exactly what I needed: Great design, soft warm fleece, easy to wash, dries quickly and very good quality! I can honestly say it helped keep my heating down this year!
