WS2 Microphone Pop Filter/Windscreen Compatible with Rode NT1-A, Procaster, podcaster, NT2-A,K2, NT1000, NT2000and Broadcaster Microphones by SUNMON

I purchased the WS2 Microphone Pop Filter/Windscreen as I needed a more convenient pop filter for my Mojave Audio MA-50. The MA-50 doesn't come with one - only the shock mount. I do have a sE-2200 pop screen but it has no way to fit on the MA-50 shock mount. I also had a slide on pop filter from an AGK C-4000B I used to own, but it was too large and would slide off if the MA-50 was mounted upside down. The WS2 Microphone Pop Filter/Windscreen fit my Mojave Audio MA-50 like a glove (perhaps taller than needed, but only nitpicking here). It fits snugly and also seemed to provide superior plosive protection as compared to my old AKG pop filter. I will be buying another one, for my other MA-50, when I need to mic in stereo!

Perfect form and function on my Rode NT-1 Gen5 mic. A teeny tip (that's what she said...): Since it arrives flattened, give it a quick soak in warm water and it pops back into shape.

Good foam quality. Good sound quality. Effective against wind noise within its limits. Use a furry cover for gust noise protection. Use a blimp instead when there's heavy winds. It comes shrunken flat in a sealed air-free bag. Remove it from the bag and soak it in warm water for a few minutes to expand it and remove all the wrinkles.

The foam is sturdy and thick and would require being sat on to ever lose shape.

It was a lower price, but I should have bought the genuine RODE model. The foam is the same as the last bargain filter I had, which will break down and crumble within a year. It looks inexpensive as well, but does function as described. As a wind filter - it works, but for how long?

Wasn’t as impressed as I had hoped. I’ve used windscreens before but this one isn’t the best quality. Ultimately it’s foam and that’s fine, but it was packaged flat in a vacuum sealed pouch and I’ve had it open for hours and it still hasn’t formed fully. Never had that issue with a windscreen. Usually within minutes or maybe a single hour they have filled with air and easy to slip right on. Not only did this not slip right on, I had to use two hands and stretch it back and forth. It was made for this mic so I know it is supposed to fit it. Even with the mic filling the inner cavity, it still has some of the creases and folds from it being in the pouch. Haven’t had a chance to record with it on yet, but visually it’s unappealing and not that sturdy. I’ll use it for now, but will likely upgrade to a higher quality one asap.

It's a foam pop filter That's what it is lol It fits my rode NT1A condenser mic pretty decently. Haven't had a chance to record with it yet so we'll see sure it will be just fine

Passt super auf ein Rode NT1 Mikrofon. Kam zwar Vakuum verpackt an und war zusammen gequetscht, ist aber kein Problem, wenn man es aufsetzt.

I'm using this for my elgato wave 3 and it works wonders. It fits around the elgato wave 3 mic perfectly You can add a mute button on the stream deck if you intended to use the mute button on the top and also you can add a button on the stream deck to mute yourself in obs which mutes yourself on stream The price I paid for it seems reasonable

I use this to protect my NT1 5th Gen. Fits the bill and the mic still picks up the slightest sounds.
