Pretty much perfect.
Not sure what else to say, these things are too DOT spec, got pulled over. Had all the correct information Officer said nothing and actually liked it. The office seems to like him because the carbon copies transfer well. Wish they came pre-punched for three hole binder so you don’t have to do four at a time, but it is what it is.
