Real Howard Spitz

This is one of the most enjoyable movies I've seen. Although I am a huge fan of Kelsey Grammer, I think he did an excellent job in this movie. good writing and directing, and the supporting cast were also very good.I wish it was on DVD, it wood be better.

I ordered this DVD because it did not have a disclaimer that it would not work on a US DVD player. This DVD is for the Asian market only. I can run it successfully on my computer with a media player that can adjust to the correct refresh rate. Again, there was no indication in the product description that would alert one to the problem. Obviously I have the DVD, but Amazon still shows it undelivered.

I have always been a fan of Kelsey Grammer and when this movie was first release on television I had no idea that it even existed. I just happened to come across it some years ago on one channel or another and started watching. Before I knew it I feel in love with this movie. It is whimsical and smart, and without giving away any points of the movie it does show what writers everywhere sometimes have to do to 'do' what they love. I think anyone with a fun spirit and is a child at heart will love this movie - as Kelsey Grammer (Howard Spitz) learned that he is also a child at heart even though he doesn't really like children. Enjoy!

It would be hard to write a more hokey script. Only truly bovine minds could pen such stuff--or act in them. Still, the ugly little girl is cute in her way and there's a happy ending for all involved. 2 1/2 stars.

This is a "quirky" comedy, but I really enjoyed its simplicity and honesty. Kelsey Grammer did a good job. As any actor will tell you, it's hard to outshine a kid. The young actress who played the role of his "muse"-- was a real natural.

Ok movie, kind of slow.

Watched it for 5-10 minutes and exited out.

Loved this movie. Always liked Kelsey Grammar and this role fit him perfectly. Watched it with my daughter, who enjoyed it, too. It's silly and a bit sappy, but hey, some of us like those kinds of movies.
