This is GREAT QUALITY cayenne pepper. SUPER HOT AND FLAVORFUL It could use a better quality package , that is resealable and thicker.. mine arrived with a slight puncture which caused it to spill about 1/8 of a teaspoon in the box. Despite that I will definitely buy again. 10 stars

This stuff has a moderate, clean pepper flavor and aroma. When I say "clean", I mean that it doesn't have any burnt or "overripe mushy vegetable" overtones. It smells good. The heat is very good. The flavor/heat balance lends this stuff to a range of applications where you want extra heat without adding too much conflicting flavor. I've even been adding a pinch to my tea. Compared to the Badia cayenne, this stuff is twice as hot, and a bit less fragrant/flavorful. I use a balance of both (and/or some good paprika) as needed. It is a vibrant reddish orange, compared to the muted orange of the Badia. It seems quite a bit oilier, which does make it a bit more difficult to dispense evenly from a shaker bottle with small holes.

This ground Cayenne is plenty spicy! Purchased to spread around areas of yard that I wish to keep my dogs away from- works great to dissuade dogs from peeing repeatedly near desirable plants. Made the mistake of dusting yard while wearing shorts- lit my legs up about 15mins after using

Smells great. Good value. Taste is MUCH better than what I've gotten from the store just from tasting the spice alone. It's MUCH more spicy. Good color. I haven't cooked with it yet but I'm excited to. Doesn't come in a resealable bag sadly. I thought it might since there were two different colored bags in the images. It does not come double bagged. I should have gotten a container for it before hand but I wasn't sure if I would like it or how it would taste. Will buy again!

I appreciate co-op brand products. Trust thier stuff. High quality. Will be using this fr a while. I make my own sausage and spice mixes,so this helps supplement my supply.
