Is this product made in China?

They are trying hard to hide the fact it is made in China. It says made in P R C. Smart people know that is Peoples Republic of China.

are these made in the United States?

I have the same type of noodle made from the same plant, and it says it's from China. And I don't think we have those trees here in the States.

are these noodles packaged in water?

Yes, a small amount, but not "swimming" in water. I rinsed well, and fried in a pan to get rid of the excess water, then added a little olive oil, fried a little more, then added my sauce. I was pleasantly surprised. No smell at all, and a nice, firm noodle. Almost like a Ramen noodle.

What odor? What kind of odor? From what?

Some of the other shirataki brands have a "fishy" odor that comes from their product. The Well Lean Noodles do not have this smell!
