Value for money and works good

Easy to set up(even without instructions-I didn't get any),no ticking or ding noise for the timer, mag lamp works great, takes about 6 minutes for the water to heat up and steam to come out. Some reviews say the steam arm doesn't move, mine is stiff but moves up and down just fine. The lamp arms moves perfect as well...just have to loosen the screw which also helps extend the life of the arm. The only thing I have noticed is the high frequency does need to be turned up higher than I expected and it does get loud. Overall I am extremely happy with it and highly recommend.

No instructions or care information. Easy to put together. Steam arm is very stiff and after months of use is even stiffer. The light does not stay in place. Falls open when not in use and will not adjust to hold position. Steamer takes 10-15 minutes to heat and now blows the socket when turned on. The heat element has a crack and there is no customer service to use to fined a replacement unit. This unit did not meet use expectations and does not have value for the price.

I love every feature on this steamer. I love that It is very quiet.This steamer Quality is built very good so you know it will last for a long time. I love the size of it. You could store it in the in the corner and it won’t get in your way and it also helps that it has wheels. The money is worth spent on it. The steam output is great and is very relaxing to clients. I also like the magnifying glass and the light on it helps to see in the pores of the skin .

I bought this steamer for my facial clients. All I needed was the steam, high frequency and the light. All work perfectly fine. My only complaint is that the mag lamp arm rotates weird and sometimes gets in the way of the steamer valve but I learn to finagle it in a way that works. Overall great value for the price!

Well, it’s been a year and my steamer is running great. I had some trouble keeping the magnifying light in place so I took it off and purchased an arc light and magnifying glasses. Then on the arm I put my LED light panel.

Its been working fine, but the arm for the steamer broke within 8 months.

Pros: - Silent: no dings or clicking - very easy to put together - steam, light, high frequency works great - Sturdy Cons: - the steam arm doesn't move up and down - the mag light arm is hard to move Note: took 10 minutes to get going the first time, after that it was faster. Has a machine smell at first

At first the High Frequency didn’t work and after a month the steamer is not working Not worth it at all
