Solid construction

I have had two of these in 40 plus years! Just bought my second one.

For use as an Occupational Therapist. Functioned as it should, in the case provided. However, process for annual calibration was unclear; and device was mishandled by carrier. Works great use to test grip strength of firefighters and cop. Results can give an indication of overall strength.

Very well built and does exactly what it was supposed to do! I totally recommend this!

The real deal. Used the original Jamar dynamometers during my Med school days. And as an Ortho and later Hand Resident. Works every bit as well as I can recall. Currently, it gets plenty of use in my practice as a Hand Surgeon, often giving results that surprise both me and my patient. Interestingly, hand grip strength seems to be tied to our physical health, and even CV health. So, keep testing!
