I just purchased a second pair of these. The first pair I purchased was to keep near our woodstove in case of an emergency or if we ever needed to handle any hot coals. I started using them each and every time I need to stoke the wood into the fireplace. They provide amazing protection! There have been many times I could have been badly burned had I not been wearing these. They come almost all the way up to my so they protect my hands and arms from accidental burns. These are one of the best things I've purchased. I'm so pleased with them that I bought the second pair as a backup. Would definitely recommend them!!!

UPDATE ON THESE GLOVES. After over a year of use [I heat with wood] they have proved VERY durable. Stitching intact. Highly burn resistant. There are no burn wholes in the finger tips, or sign of burn. Still soft and pliable for ease of use. Ditto on everything below. I would give these gloves 6 stars if I could!!! I bought a pair and may never have to buy another glove. BRAVO. I bought these gloves for my woodstove. They are wonderful! Great heat protection. Soft and pliable so the stove tools-poker-are easy to hold and maneuver. The extra length allowed me to reach right into the firebox to move an unruly log without scorching my arms. Since I've had them only a couple weeks I cannot speak to durability but they appear durably built to last with reinforced parts. There was a delay on delivery which can not be pinned on the vendor. But the company responded admirably by resending with a quick delivery. And a bonus for my trouble... Quality gloves! Quality company!

Good enough to move hot charcoal for short period of time. Glove does get vary warm.

The gloves fit my 2x hands easily. I use them with my big smoker as the handles get hot. These gloves absorb the heat, let me move wood and charcoal around the fire box without getting burned. They’re long enough so my forearms stay cool as well.

ive been welding for years but i dont do it enough TO CALL MY SELF A WELDER I CAN MAKE THINGS STICK . IVE USED A LOT OF GLOVES , FOR THE PRICE THESE ARE THE BEST IVE EVER HAD . COMFORT COMFORT COMFORT AND YOU CAN ACTUALLY FEEL TO PICK UP SMALL ITEMS LIKE SCREW'S , I DO A LOT OF CUTTING AND STICK WELDING HAVENT FELT ANY HEAT TO SPEAK CANT SAY IVE NOTICED , AND THAT I BELIEVE IS A GOOD THING . IF YOURE LOOKING FOR COMFORT AND HEAT PROTECTION THESE ARE THE ONES AT ANY PRICE

received the gloves and while i havent used them yet they should do the trick nicely. learning to weld and impressed with the quality of the gloves. im also gonna use them when i bbq. be great for both.

Absolutely brilliant for gardening, you can tackle the thorniest bushes and plants with total confidence, protecting your hands and wrists. Also because you May sweat and have damp hands non of the colour rubs off on you unlike the red gloves you sometimes see. Really great quality, will purchase again without a problem, hopefully they’ll still be there when I need another pair as quite often things are discontinued even if they’re great.
