Perfect, bought to keep my laptop cool, and it does! Don't even have to refrigerate, just keeps it cool. Do have to move it occasionally to keep it cool, but so much better!

This cooling pad really does the job! It is gel filled and very comfortable. It is large enough to cover the back of my head, neck, and shoulders. When I first use it, it feels really chill! I usually take about 20 minutes to fall asleep and it stays cold at least that long. It is the best cooling pad I have ever used. I wholeheartedly recommend this cooling pad.

I purchased this for my 8lb longhair pomchi. She has thick thick pomeranian hair and pants constantly in this heat wave. I have my thermostat on 65 and she still pants. She took to this mat immediately, and it has stopped her constant panting! I did throw it in the freezer for 15m. I noticed it stayed cool for about 4hrs before it absorbed her heat and at that point was warm. But only took 20m in the freezer to return it to its cool temp. Would give 5stars if it actually stayed cool for 24hrs as advertised. Only stays cool about 4hrs and starts to absorb heat after that. Really nice and comfortable, is a soft padded spot for my pup to lounge.

Excellent choice because of size and flexibility. A plus is that the underside stays dry and you don't have to worry about couch, bed, chair... wherever you are using. Holds the coolness for a couple of hours. Have not tried as heating pad.

Purchased for summer time sleep cooling. It's good size. Heavy. Seems to well made. However I put it in fridge for 4 hours before using for cooling while sleeping. It didn't stay cool beyond 45-60 minutes. So for sleeping it's not a great help since goes from cool to hot within 90 mins.

I got diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and just finished chemo. From the chemo I have nerve damage and it causes my arms from my shoulders to my wrists to sting and itch. I tried everything and found out ice packs worked but they were big. I was searching for something big enough and a plus these do not have to be kept on the freezer. When I sleep in them I’ll wake up and they will be hot from my skin so I move it and within a short time it’s cool again. I’ve also started having hot flashes and these work wonders for that to. Sometimes I sleep on them under my face and it’s wonderful. Cold enough to work but not so cold it hurts your skin. I initially bought two in February and today I bought two more.they are flexible and the material can be wiped off as well.

Nice and cold for… 5 minutes maybe? Then it becomes a heating pad. That’s not cool - literally! I wish I could return it.

Works great! Love this cooling pad works very well and stays cool for a good while too. When it gets warm on one side I just move my feet on the other side and then the other side gets cooler after a while. Highly recommend it. Very good quality.
