So far so good! Love the bag it comes in and I like that I can plug it in, it’s been less than a month so hopefully this item continues to work like this. I like that it doesn’t make beeping noises to push the buttons as well.

I purchased this massager for my neck and my shoulder. The pain was unbelievable so I decided to purchase the Shiatsu massager. I have been using it for two weeks and I have not had any pain at all! Prior to purchasing this messager my doctor told me to make an appointment with a physical therapist. I have gone to a physical therapist and it didn't relieve my pain. Therefore I am so happy that I can relieve my pain with this wonderful Shiatsu massager. I highly recommend it.

This is the second one I’ve bought. The first one lasted for years. It does a wonderful job of massaging my upper back!!

Product is well made and easy to use especially on neck and lower back. Controls for speed, direction, heat might need some practice to get the right feel for you. The power button worked best for me ,giving the default setting of low speed, heat and alternate direction of the massaging balls

My daughter bought this for me for Mother’s Day. After being in a couple of car wrecks and hitting my head on the roof, I have quite a bit of neck pain. I could hardly turn my head. After using this one time, I was able to turn my head the next day and feel much better! I use it often and got one for my dad.

This is the best thing I’ve purchased for my chronic pains. It’s like someone is actually massaging you. Love love love it. This is a great gift, love that it has its own carrying case and I can use it in the car. Only wish it was chargeable ..

This was purchased as a gift for my father, who suffers headaches and tension in his shoulders and neck. It was very intense, and although an intensity that would likely be great every now and again, it WAS far from something one would want to use regularly or to relax. I tried it once, and my comment to him was... "this is like a torture device." We returned it, and I will look for something less intense.

And I may let my husband go as well!! This massager is absolutely amazing. If I can figure out how to tie it to myself instead of holding the straps, I would give this a perfect 10! All jokes aside, I recently started working from home and I have now developed this excruciating pain just below the back of my neck. This massager does the trick and I am very pleased.

Der erste Eindruck: Sehr gute Verarbeitung, die mich für diesen Preis wirklich positiv überrascht hat. Die mitgelieferte Tasche ist ebenfalls ein schönes Detail, da sie das Mitnehmen des Massagegeräts, etwa auf Reisen, sehr praktisch macht. Sogar ein Kabel für den Zigarettenanzünder im Auto ist dabei, sodass man es auch während einer Fahrt nutzen kann. (Außer der Fahrer während der Fahrt natürlich) Ich war neugierig und habe vor der ersten Anwendung ausprobiert, wie weit ich meinen Kopf nach links und rechts drehen kann. Nach nur 5 Minuten Massage spürte ich tatsächlich eine deutliche Verbesserung in meiner Beweglichkeit – etwas, das ich vorher kaum für möglich gehalten hätte. Die Nackenmassage ist intensiv, und ich verstehe, warum manche den Druck vielleicht als zu stark empfinden. Man kann die Stärke des Drucks aber gut selbst beeinflussen, indem man das Gerät leicht anhebt oder die Griffe loslässt. Für mich ist dieser Druck genau das, was eine gute Massage ausmacht, ähnlich wie bei einem Physiotherapeuten. Der Einsatz am Rücken fühlt sich nochmal angenehmer an und ist weniger intensiv. Insgesamt bin ich begeistert und kann das Gerät nur empfehlen. Es ist vielseitig, einfach zu bedienen und wirkt tatsächlich entspannend und wohltuend – eine tolle Investition für die tägliche Entspannung.

This is the best thing in my life right now! Omg! It is so relaxing and feels great! The heat setting is nice as well. I've used this think for two hours straight already all up my back and neck. It feels so good. I have chronic pain in my back, neck and shoulders and this will definitely help. The arm rests are nice so you can apply pressure while pulling down. The buttons should be lower on the strap but whatever. Had an auto shut off feature. Comes with a car adapter too! I can't wait to see if it helps on long car rides. I'm sure it will. This can be used all over. Your legs, back, neck, feet...so cool! Definitely worth the money. Has a nice carrying bag too! My spouse wants one now. I may get another for my mother.
