I absolutely love this cabinet! My husband and I love building furniture, but now that we are older it’s not as easy to do, so this was a perfect compromise. I abhor all the cheap crappy manufactured “wood” furniture that is so common these days. Much of today’s furniture is nothing but cheap particleboard. This is a solid piece of furniture that will not disappoint! It’s easier if two people put it together. It takes some patience and careful reading of the directions which Hubby doesn’t always want to do, so we ended up making a few mistakes and had to undo and then redo correctly a few things, but all in all it wasn’t too bad to assemble. I am actually using it in the master bedroom for storage. It holds a LOT OF STUFF! It wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for and to me this cabinet is worth every penny.

This is a quality piece that is beautiful and exactly as described. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail in the way it was packaged. It was probably the best- packaged shipment I've ever received, and I order a lot. The assembly instructions could have been more clear. I assemble a lot of things, and this was more challenging than the average piece. But if you take your time and review the instructions in their entirety before starting, you can figure it out. I liked that they installed some of the hardware in the factory, unlike many other pieces of furniture I've assembled. I also appreciated the use of leveling hardware on the feet. The unit is very sturdy, assuming you properly secure all the toggle connectors and level it properly. The cupboard doors lined up perfectly for me, and the drawer pulls in and out smoothly. I use this cupboard every day, several times a day, and have experienced no issues so far (about a month now). The unit looks beautiful in my home and I'd buy it again.

I'm glad I purchased this piece because I think it's a great deal. The quality is there. The steps to put the pantry together are simple. The problem is the locking components to "nail" the pieces together are incredibly hard to latch. There are pins that fit into each other (along with a dool) and you are literally supposed to flip it and it locks into place to be the nail. I used so much thumb strength but it wasn't enough. I had to use a flat tipped screw driver and hammer covered in towels to push these pins into place (I'm sure the manufacturer wouldn't recommend that but it got the job done, with great care). I have put together tons of furniture. I much prefer the systems where you use a screw driver to turn the latch and it hooks onto the pin and pulls it tight. This particular design latch just isn't my cup of tea. Moving along when I tried to mount the top piece I didn't align it fast enough and piece N on the back panel structure broke on top and bottom on one side. The company is awesome and sent me the replacements fast. N is some kind of engineered wood but it's a part of the back panel. This furniture is WOOD and well made. I'm just letting others know to be delicate with your N pieces. They can break during assembly. They will be fine once the structure is all together. I LOVE this cabinet. I just would tell the company I don't like the latching system for the pieces. There are other systems that's are easier to work with. I'm still thrilled with my purchase it's very pleasing to look at!

This is a beautiful piece of furniture! My husband put it together with very little help from me. We made two mistakes which were easily corrected. When you attach part D, make sure the edges are flush with the bottom section, and when you attach the top section to D, check that the doors line up when you slide the hinges together. If they're off, turn the top section over. Love this cabinet! It holds a ton of my smaller kitchen appliances, large Tupperware cake carriers, stock pots, etc. Heavy, well made and very well packed!

This is an amazing cabinet! Very heavy solid piece of furniture. Great quality! Very easy to put together! Great value for the money. We were so impressed with this cabinet.

I asked my talented son to assemble this for me. I don’t think I could have done it by myself. He only needed my assistance when mounting the upper half to the lower half. Most of the pieces went together fine except for the right side doors for both upper and lower sections. Each one was off a little at the hinges and they didn’t line up right when closing the doors. He had to bend the hinges and adjust accordingly. After several adjustments both doors lined up good enough for government work. Other than that, I had to open the cabinet up for several days to let the finish odor dissipate before putting anything into it. Overall, it completes our kitchen, looks great, holds a lot of items, great value for the money and best of all, my wife loves it and so do I. If you don’t have a talented son or daughter that are good at assembling things, or if you are a mental midget such as myself, I would suggest opting for the professional assembly.

This was a surprising good piece of furniture. 1. Packing - I'd give it a rating of 100. All parts were wrapped and protected by foam / styrofoam. 2. Quality of parts - I'll score 95. We had one connecting piece that was split along the grain line about 9 inches, but I was able to repair it myself with gluing and clamping. One other groove was messed up with a dent and I corrected that with a utility knife. The finish is superior although the top and back are relatively less glossy than the other surfaces. Almost all hardware parts contain an extra piece or two and each bag of parts is very clearly labeled. Most of the bags are open however, so I would recommend closing them off with a small piece of tape. 3. Craftsmanship - I'd say at least a 95. All parts aligned. Instructions for adjusting door hinges, magnetic catches, and drawer front were easy to follow to correct any deficiencies in those areas. 4. Instructions - 95. Very clear if a person reads them carefully and translates the pictures into the exact layout for assembling. Assembly took four hours and I did need help lifting the top onto the bottom unit and the crown moulding piece onto the top.

I purchased this to use as storage by my back door. It took us a number of hours to put together. A piece was broken (it was one of the last pieces to install). After insulation, the chest looked cheap and leaned to one side. It had a few scratches that were visible. This product was not sturdy. I ended up returning it.
