The Hunger Games - Complete Collection

When i got it i was so happy but i put it in and it says it doesnt work in my region so now i have blu rays i cant use dont remember it saying a certain region buyer beware

DON'T BUY THIS VERSION OF THE HUNGER GAMES IF YOU ARE IN THE US. This version won't play on my LG dvd player because it is a European version. The company WILL NOT refund your money if you purchase accidentally. You will be screwed. I don't know why Amazon is selling this on the US version of Amazon because obviously people are getting stuck with this useless set. What a waste. Very angry.

First off, this is an Amazon UK exclusive and blu-ray discs are usually locked to the region of origin of region B. That being said I bought that for my steelbook collection and it is absolutely stunning! The lenticular magnet is amazing although the camera doesn’t really pick it up. If you’re a collector I definitely recommend this one, it looks fantastic!

Like so many others, we bought the box set and were thrilled with what we THOUGHT was a great price. Imagine our shock and disappointment when, more than a year later, we tried to watch our treasured box set, only to discover that it didn't play and couldn't be returned! Why Amazon is selling this set in the US is beyond me. This set should be marked INCOMPATIBLE WITH US PLAYERS. I put 'US version' in my search, and this version still came up. It's a rip-off and a let-down! PLEASE give us a US-compatible blu-ray and 4k box set.

Wow. I should have read the reviews before purchase. The discs don’t work in the US. I opened the case to watch it, now I can’t return in as new. They will only refund 50% of my money. Also have to pay shipping to send it back. Oh and there is a 20% restock fee that they take off, not sure sure if that is on top of the 50%.

I collect movies that I like and would see again. This is one of them. Product came as advertised and on time. Highly recommend this product and the vendor! i would buy again!

Blu-Rays work great, but you need a region free blu-ray player for the US. Blu-Rays are recorded "Region B". USA, Canada, etc. are "Region A". Region B discs will not play in Region A only players.
