Richard Simmons' Ab Formula- Includes Video, Ab Bar, & Instruction Booklet

The Richard Simmons Ab Formula including Video, Ab Bar & booklet came in looking like new. However the VHS does not work. It starts for a few seconds and then the tape goes blank. We tried it several times & I even had my son try it, but it is a defective tape. This VHS came enclosed as if it were new, but is defective. It is disappointing because I wanted to see "mr. Anatomy" and how to actually place the ab bar properly at the back of neck or head.

I was so happy to find this. I used it years ago to help lose weight and I am using it again. This workout doesn’t feel like it is doing anything until the next day and you will feel your abs again.
