If you have ever handled Chondrus crispus, Burdock Root or Bladderwack, you know that they all have an UNPLEASANT Order. I've order these for years and I can attest that they work. I buy them for my wife that can't withstand the taste of sea moss but still loves the energy and well being it provides. I recommend these over others, no side effects, they are effective giving energy, you just take two pills a day so they are easy to use, and they are good value for the money.

I really wanted to love this, but I think the burdock kicked me into hardcore hypoglycemia, which I've had issues with for much of my life. I'm going to try a sea moss and bladderwrack supplement that doesn't have the added burdock, because I did feel a significant and relatively immediate lift in my severe depression, and my joints didn't ache as much while I was taking it. If you're not sensitive to burdock, I suspect this is an awesome product for you. Leaving four stars because I can tell it's a quality product, and it's not the company's fault that I just learned burdock can lower blood sugar too far if you're already prone to hypoglycemia.

My good friend recommended this brand to me. For only ~35 bucks, you get two months worth of capsules, which is definitely a steal. All the reviews I have seen have raved about these capsules, so I decided to spring for some. And wow, they make a huge difference! I can definitely notice when I stop taking them. I have Hashimotos and used to take Levi thyroxine. I have been using this for 5 months now and had a recent check up on my levels and they are better than they’ve been in 4 years since starting thyroid hormone replacement medication. I got these once b4 for myself. I bought them again bcuz me and my son are seriously deficient on certain vitamins and my son has dark circles all around his eyes. He started taking them and the dark circles went away. One bottle a month is enough for me and him and it's worth the price
