Fit and matched perfectly. Very easy to replace. I recommend popping out the entire switch and disconnecting the mini harness so you can work on it without crushing your spine. Just remove the OBD cover, reach up with your fingers and gently push the switch assembly out towards you.

Great value for a replacement switch/button
Quality replacement part for an inoperable trunk release or even one that just has a worn off button. I used it for the interior trunk release under the dash on the driver’s side of my 2011 BMW 528i. Easy install. Carefully pry the old one out from the top and bottom with a tiny screwdriver, unplug the old one, plug in the new one, and simply push it back into place. Helps keep my interior looking fresh.

BMW Trunk Switch Assembly BMW 5 Series (F10) | Easy Fix
A very easy 3 minute DIY project. Carefully prize the old switch out with a flat screwdriver, remove the old switch from its wire, line up the 3 prongs and press, (check to ensure the switch works and then) gently push the switch back into the original position. Works like a champ.

Easy Upgrade for my 2013 BMW F10 528I XDrive
Over years of use, the trunk button on my 2013 BMW F10 528I was pretty tattered with almost all the finish being worn off by my wife's long fingernails. Came across this and decided to keep the OEM BMW button and just change the faceplate. 10 minute job from start to finish. Fit perfectly! Highly recommended!
