I was surprised at how well this works for axes, hatchets and even larger pruning shears. Let it soak in water a while, start using it on the blades, then wipe and oil the blades when done. I let the stone dry a day then put them in a plastic box. It looks like it may break if dropped. Would definitely buy again and will keep them handy in my work shop.

Works well for taking rough edge off of cut ceramic tile.

I mean it is what it is. Good if you got an axe with nicks in the blade but no where near a high enough grit to actually sharpen the blade. But all in all it fits well in the palm of your hand and is easy to use. So yeah take it fit what it is..

So I actually got this to sharpen my machete, it is low quality(the machete) but great for yard work. I used a file to get the big nicks out of the blade, then used the stone to bring it back to semi sharp. I definitely will be upgrading to a different machete but the stone made quick work of the task at hand. Again for cutting vines, small trees/bushes less than 2 inches in diameter. Of course if you hit the ground as you are swing the machete you get those nicks back in the blade so back to the file and stone. Worked great on my axe as well. Great product for the price, did exactly what it said.

This is a great sharpening stone and it will do the job. It fits perfect in my hand

I keep one in my kitchen one in my farm truck and one in my shop. Easy to use sharpens well.

As a wonderful product there’s not a whole lot I can really say about it and it does exactly as advertised it’s got the two sides to it the green and the fine it’s lightweight believe or not the little box I keep put it back into it it’s kind of nice having that so thank you for does not sell you just the stone plastic or something have a little box for some reason just it’s a nice little touch I would definitely recommend buying it I use it for my hatchet my acts have you been sharp and a couple other tools that I have for yardwork it’s just really good if I ever need another one I’ll buy another one but I’m feeling better from here probably last me the rest of my life I think so good job
