Worst product ever. Broke within 10 days. Thought so?? Just within a 10 minute chat with customer care they replaced the upper housing part. Best customer care support for a product like this.

Very easy to install and very effective but make sure read the template or manual given with it

The refill cartridge stopped working in 3 month, water doesn't pass through once it's installed

Effective water softner, recommend it for borewell water
This is my third year of using it, effective on borewell water, has resulted in less hair fall and white patchy formation on floor and taps. Easy to install. Slightly expensive.

It's made of very poor material and broke from neck while installation. Waste on money.
