ECOTOUCH 5 Burner 36 Inch Electric Cooktop

I purchased this product after extensive research. It was installed with no issue, but during installation of a new countertop, the product was scratched despite being scratch resistent. However, the good news is that when I notified the company about the issue, they responded lightning fast. I had a new cooktop less than a week later. It was recently installed and looks great! No scratches or issues. I cannot provide enough positive feedback with both Amazon's and ECOTOUCH's product support. Particularly, the customer service at ECOTOUCH was outstanding. They followed up on the issue immediately and stayed in regular contact with me until I received the replacement and it was installed. I highly recommend the company for almost unheard of product support, not just the product itself.

The company did reach out to help but after I paid for an electrician and followed the instructions to the letter I had to return and get one that works. I did not have time to wait for emails back and forth causing me to lose my return window and spending money on an electrician to install to find out it’s the product that upsets anyone. I remodeled my 2006 three slide fifth wheel trailer and decided to put this cook top in the place of my old tiny 3- burner. I'm so glad that I did. I can now actually have four full size pants up if I need them. This heats up quickly it stays at the temperature you set it. It's easy to clean. I like everything about it. I did have to wire for 240 volt, but my friend is an electrician and he was able to do that for me with ease. I feel a lot better cooking on this cooktop than I ever did my tiny little stove / oven thing. Good upgrade.

My mother-in-law was building a new home and needed a reliable cooktop. The one that she ordered arrived severely damaged so I took it upon myself to do some research and find one that she would really like. I showed this to her and she fell in love with it immediately. A place the order and it arrived shortly thereafter in perfect condition. She was able to get an electrician to install it and has been having her friends over to cook on it ever since. I cannot get over how modern and space age it is to them. It is so easy to keep clean and it heats up quick and she says her food tastes better than ever. I could not have asked for a better housewarming gift for her.

I like all of the features and the variety of sizes and wattages of the different cooktops available for different pot sizes. The digital features are a plus including the timer function and safety lock. The residual heat function is great. It’s easy to clean and heats quickly. Definitely worth the money and easy to install.

Bought it last April. Approximately 90 days later left side stopped working. Now doesn't work at all. Comes on, lights up, no cooking

I would make important suggestions for the house owner who is willing to buy this burner. First of all, please measure exact the size of this burner inserted in before your handyman starts to make hole. We did that based on the size specifications on the website, but I have to tell you that it has more spread space, and we made more that size. So, you can imagine what happened at that moment. It drops into it!
