This is amazing. I don’t use hair ties anymore because this clip is truly all that and then some. I have very curly, out of control hair. I always have to buy the biggest hair ties on the market just to hold my mane up. This clip does wonders for my hair though. I feel a secure hold, if never slips or loosens up throughout the day like many others that I’ve tried. For a hair clip it really is high quality and there is so much value for the price you pay. From the shape, to the secure hold, to the price point- buy this. You won’t regret it.

For the money it's a good clip. It's slightly larger than I expected it to be be it holds a lot of hair or thick hair well. It holds your hair snugly without it feeling tight and through some trial and error it's pretty easy to remove it from your hair without pulling it which is important to me. But it does feel thin and flimsy and while it hasn't broken yet it always feels like it might. And the part where it clips doesn't feel secure. The two ends sort of hug each other if that makes sense and I wish it snapped in place instead.

I have thick curly hair and this broke the very first time I used it. The part that keeps it together, where it hinges broke. Disappointed.

It's actually too large for my hair in a ponytail but it may work for a bun. I'll have to experiment. It feels like good quality and will hold up to continuous use. The closure seems secure and doesn't pop open.

It can be tight, when holding your ponytail or bun together. I miss the puff cuff, that wasn't tight, ever.
