This is a great yoga mat that I use for home workouts. Besides being softer than most, it’s as long as I am tall. I rolled it up tightly and it fit in my suitcase, and my wife and I were glad we had it, as the one in the Airbnb was thin and small (and who knows the last time it was cleaned). Highly recommend this mat.

This mat is thick, supportive, doesn't bottom out, yet still offers a good amount of squish/cushion. Great so far for the exercises I'm doing on hardwood floors. Feels durable and like it'll be a good value for what I paid, but I'll re-review if that turns out not to be the case. The straps are eeehhhh, but that's fine, I would much rather them cheap out on the strap a little than the mat itself. Very satisfied so far.

It is a good yoga mat, it is thick and comfy to use, the strap made it easy to get around. It is much thicker than the standard ones. I enjoy it.

I bought this mat for yoga. I did 30 days of yoga with Adrienne (She is amazing and I highly recommend any of her videos). The positive things of this mat are that it is comfy and cheap. Easily one of the cheapest mats you will find on amazon. I have some really serious knee problems and it helps with that as well. It is thick and comfy and has a lot of give. It feels great when I rest my bum knee on it and makes for very comfortable experience. The negatives on this mat have been written about already. It starts to show damage and indents immediately. Everything negative you have read is absolutely true. The spots you stand in the most frequently become permanent and it gets small rips incredibly easily. That being said, it is definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation. If you are looking for a high quality, long term yoga mat then this is clearly not for you. If you want something basic that will help with busted joints and help you with a comfortable experience, then this is for you.

Love this mat! It’s thick enough that I can’t feel my bones pressing into the floor which allows me more movement for exercise.

I have POTS and EDS and recently started doing yoga again to help manage my symptoms and pain, and this mat was great value for its price. I got the thinner one because it was cheaper (even though I hate thinner mats usually) and it was surprising how comfy this one was! It’s soft in all the right ways and makes exercise hurt way less for my joints. There was zero sliding around on it, it’s super stable. The length is perfect. I got the purple one for myself and the light blue one for my husband so I can force him to work out with me, and the colors are so bright and pretty. If you are looking to do yoga for Dysautonomia then this is the mat you’re looking for!

It's perfect and comfortable

It's thick, it's spongey, might get a bit slippery from sweat, but it's exactly what I was looking for; I use it for post run stretches and it's really satisfying having that much sponge to take the edge off the hard floor. It does seem like it'll get easily damaged, but if you're using it in a studio, it'll be great, although people might think you're bringing a camping mattress with you.

The item is superb for yoga and floor exercises at home or gym. Very firm yet soft on the knees elbows and back. Comes with two retainers with carrying handle and elastic bands. Would have given seven stars if option was there. This is another gem of an item that came from Amazon Warehouse with great value for money. The item was fully packed without any signs of damage. Thanks to amazon warehouse for such fantastic deals.

Love it. The mat protects your joints from the pressure of exercising. Will buy again.
