I have been using this product on my 2007 vehicle for a couple of years as I live in the country and rodents make their way into the air ducts. The car definitely smells fresher for a few weeks after use. I prefer the unscented version. However, the delivery system uses a little plug that releases the foam into the air intake and the one that came with my latest order was faulty and had no pinhole to release the foam so it exploded all over me when I pressed down the button. Once I realized the problem I was able to use the other one that came with the set. Make sure and check the nozzle has the pinhole in it. There must have been a bad batch manufactured.

I purchased this expensive product Kit and although marked on the box as Lemon Scented, both foam cans were labled Unscented. I followed to the video instructions for vehicle prep and application of the product(s). I had difficulty applying the Clean Air Evaporator can contents several times, apparently because the orifice opening in the black applicator was apparently partially blocked, causing the pressure to buildup in the hose, blowing the slip connection to the can apart and foam all over the cabin and into my face. I solved this by changing the black end connector, which allowed the foam to pass through without problem. I then continued to apply the remainder of the Evaporator Cleaner into the AC unit in short spurts as instructed, turned the engine off and watched to insure the stuff drained out of the condenser. Used this product around 5pm on my 2013 BMW 335i and the mildew smell was gone until the next morning. That day it was like having a new car, but the smell came right back after the lemon scent went away.
