Effective for softening wax before removal. Easy to use and does the job without filling your ears with oil. Have not used it on a regular basis to see if it actually reduces the need for microsuction but intend to try a monthly squirt now to see if it helps.

It works for me . I didn’t need my ears syringed after using for two weeks. It is very easy to use and there is no smell whatsoever. Very pleased that it came in a pack of two as I’m well set if my ears become blocked again.
