We've been using these outdoor chair cushions on our uncovered deck patio since fall 2021, and they still look and feel amazing! Despite exposure to the elements, they've retained their vibrant color and shape. We've only needed to refresh the waterproofing once with a spray, and that's it. The cushions are not only durable but also incredibly comfortable, with just the right thickness - not too thin, not too bulky. The fit was perfect, making them an ideal replacement for our old cushions. Considering the quality, comfort, and longevity, I believe these cushions offer excellent value for money. Plus, they're easy to install and maintain, making them a hassle-free choice. I'm genuinely impressed with the outstanding quality of this product. PROS: let me just say, I'm beyond happy with this purchase! This particular shade is the perfect mix of gray and beige so it blends perfectly with both cool and warm tones. It's good quality and fairly water resistant. To make the couch really full and plush with pillows I reached out to the company to see if I could just buy just the back pillows. They ended up sending me two additional seats and back pillows at no charge. I was so appreciative that I also just bought two more!! (I always by extra cushions because inevitably something will happen to them so I try to have back ups in case I can't order anymore at the time). I bought the couch bc of the frame and I immediately knew I wanted different pillows that felt more luxurious than the ones the sectional came with. These cushions look so luxe - especially after you add a few throw pillows on top and accessorize. My neighbors assumed I got the couch at West Elm and were so shocked when I told them amazon!! I've fallen asleep on these so many times I can't even count. CONS: ONLY con is these are a little less cushy than I'd hoped for. I'm glad I got extra because I'm sure I'll have to swap out the "loved" ones sooner rather than later. I sit and read in the corner seat a lot, and can tell the cushion is already less full than the others. OVERALL: incredible find and great buy. I will continue to come back as long as they're in stock!!

I ordered five sets of these pillows as replacements for the sectional patio set on the upper back deck of my city row house. As many other reviewers have noted, these are exactly as pictured and described -- better, even. They are beautiful and just what I wanted. I looked at a LOT of cushions before purchasing these, finally deciding on these as they were a fraction of the price of all comparable pillows I'd considered, yet of the same or higher quality. When my order arrived (in two business days) I was delighted to find them to be even better than I'd hoped. I also experienced some of the best customer service from this seller than I have in a long time. I received a shipment confirmation email that included detailed instructions for how to "re-fluff" the vacuum-sealed back pillow portion of the set, which I followed precisely and the pillows did indeed restore to their full size as instructions noted would occur. But wait, there's more! I was so pleased with the five sets I ordered, I was about to order a sixth as I needed one more back pillow -- my sectional furniture is actually a six piece set, however one of the pieces is a corner chair. In other words it requires five seat cushions yet six back pillows to fully cover the set. I knew when I ordered the first five sets that, if I was happy with the quality I would likely end up having to order a sixth set just to have the extra back pillow I needed. So I was just about to do that very thing when I thought to email the seller and ask if there was any way to purchase just one back pillow so that I wouldn't be left with an extra unneeded seat cushion. I fully expected them to respond that the pieces could only be purchased as a two-piece set, which I was prepared to do. However they quickly responded back to me that they understood my need and that not only could I indeed get the one additional back pillow without the seat cushion, but they had decided to send it to me for free! I was blown away! I would have been happy enough just to be able to purchase the single piece I needed, but never would I have expected them to give it to me at no charge. Yes, they did make a good sale with me when I purchased five sets, and I had expressed to them how pleased I was with the beautiful cushions. I know they must consider me to be a good customer, but still.....to simply give away product at no charge, even to a valued customer, is customer service that goes above and beyond. Oh, and just to be clear -- they in no way made this gift contingent upon my writing them a positive review. At the end of their email they did ask that I might consider putting the positive review I'd already emailed to them upon receipt of the five sets, however they asked so kindly and almost meekly - almost as if they were embarrassed to even mention it - that it was clear there was no expectation on their end that I do so. They were sending the extra pillow I needed just because they understood my need and were able to meet it. I got the sense that they too were surprised they could send a single piece of a two-piece set....and that upon realizing they could in fact make that happen, they too were so genuinely excited that they wanted to take it a step further and make it happen at no charge. Just because they could. I am thrilled I'll be able to get my one extra pillow but much more than the gift itself, I am touched by their kindness and generosity. Needless to say, I would do business with this seller again in a heartbeat.

I got a custom made red wood chair and was looking for a comfortable but not cheap and tacky cushion to put in it. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money. I went everywhere in town looking for the right cushion. None of the stores had what I wanted that wasn't close to $100. These cushions really surprised me. I got the navy blue which is very sharp looking with white piping. The seat cushion is thick and comfortable. The back cushion is less so and that's the one thing I would change. I wish the back cushion was a little fuller. I did follow the directions to make sure the cushion filled out once it was out of the box for a while but still I would like it a little fuller. But that's not a deal breaker. I highly recommend these cushions. They are very nice looking and reasonably priced.

I ordered the red cushions for my outdoor furniture. The red is absolutely gorgeous, it's a deep rich red. They're comfortable, and the quality I'm quite impressed with and I'm hard to impress. Good price for the product. I love that the seat cushions and pillows are removable for washing, though I haven't washed them yet. Not yet sure how they'll hold up through the summer, but at this time I'm quite pleased with my purchase. And of course my black and white cat and dog love them too, so I had to buy a lint remover also, but it takes the hair off the cushions quite well. Much better quality than what the big box stores sell for the same price.

I love the color. Purchased chili. Very comfortable One issue is I bought 4 and only one of the back pillows puffed out nicely. The other three are flatter than one of them

We bought these cushions as replacements and they are everything we hoped they would be. Great quality and fit. The material is better than our original cushions.
