Great value, and fit just right
These worked perfect for me. I'm 5'8 175-180lbs. Have reasonably big calves, and the Velcro made it all the way around. They are comfortable and protect at the same time. I'd recommend these. My daughter used them a while back, but she has since switched and uses the one's without straps and the slip ons.

Very wide guards, not the fit
The size was off and the fit was odd for my 14 year old daughter. Overly wide. They would work in a pinch. These just weren't for us or what we had in mind once it arrived and she tried them on. Easy return process. Thank you

Not great...wish I bought something else
These are really stiff, and there is no flexibility in the top to bottom direction which means the top of the guard digs into your shin, while the middle of the guard doesn't really contact your shin. So, it's pretty uncomfortable to wear. I have bruises where the guard comes in contact. Flex from left to right is pretty good. Straps also slip down...they probably should have attached them higher on the guard. They also probably need some plastic cups around the ankle protection...right now it's just thin padding that won't do much. The inside padding is also very stiff, not soft that would make them more comfortable. Not a good buy. Buy a more expensive pair that will fit better and wear comfortably.
