Antipodean culinary classic
It's not New Zealand Marmite but it is the next best thing. In fact it is what I happily grew up with in New Zealand until I abandoned the ways of my tribe and converted to Marmitism. Just happy that this antipodean culinary delight is even available to be delivered to me in Alaska. A miracle of modern logistics. Sadly NZ Sanitarium Marmite seems to be victim of the new trade barriers for now. Hopefully we will see it again soon.

Use butter first then the Vegemite on top of butter
Just use a little like a thumb nail size portion
