Great Product
I like this Magnesium Complex 500 mg. I take two capsules at night every night and one during the day. It makes my brain, my heart and my joints feel very great. I like this combo. It helps a lot and I find this Magnesium Complex makes me sleepy.

Wow. My body love this blend of mag++. I take 2 at night and within 20 to 30 mins, I'm yawning. I get a great night of sleep. I'm on my 3rd order.

Glycinate, Citrate, Oxide & Aspartate, good combo to help me sleep
I like this combo. I take magnesium every single night to help me sleep. It helps a lot, and I know the difference between brands and formulations. I often repurchase what I like, but sometimes the price shoots up, or it is not available. So I try something new. For me, it needs to have 3 or more magnesium chelates, and be in capsule form. I dont do well with tablets, and I dont do as well with single chelates. I am totally ok with oxide even though it is often touted as being the least bioavailable. So in my experience, try different forms, and go with what works. This contains: Magnesium chelates of Glycinate, Citrate, Oxide & Aspartate Each easy to swallow capsule contains 600 mg. I tend to get confused with how much elemental is in there (I assume 60mg or so), so depending on your needs, you will most likely need to take more than one capsule per day. Directions say one capsule 3x per day with meals. I take mine at night (1-3 capsules) as I find any form of magnesium makes me sleepy. Glad to say that this is working for me. I will likely alternate it with another favorite of mine, Life Extension Magnesium Caps
