Does not work, used it as directed and after more than 6 weeks, it's actually worse. I am not a paid reviewer or someone who received it for free to do a review. Just someone very disappointed in the product and the seller unwilling to stand by it.

I'd just about lost my entire toenail to a fungus. I had tried everything! A RX from the doctor caused a terrible allergic reaction, laser treatment drained $500 from my checkbook with no results, Piggy Paste left me with no skin and still a fungus. I was just about ready to make an appointment to just have the nail removed when a friend gave me a bottle of this. I finally have a toenail again! It takes a very long time to grow a nail back. For me, it's been a year, but my friend saw quicker results in about three months. When I get out of the tub each morning, I place a drop on the nail bed. It is oily, so I do it on the bathmat to catch drips. They suggest applying twice a day, which I did do for the 1st six months. I saw results within a couple of months - enough to encourage me to continue. I'm so glad I found this product! Keep in mind that there are many different fungus, so if this doesn't work, you should see a doctor to get yours cultured and try something else. But at less than $15, try this first! I wish I had before I spent probably $1,000 total on other treatments over the years, and spent over 20 years suffering and hiding my feet.

I like the ease of dropping this medication on my nails. Also it doesn't smell bad so I can apply throughout out the day. Seems to work over time.

I've used this product faithfully for a sold month and I "think" I am starting to see results. My big toe had the crud and the toe nail actually pulled away from the bed. I've tried Rx with no results and everything from vinegar to Listerine and this one seems to be working. You can't cheat... it is twice a day faithfully ... I think forever, if you are prone to this fungus.

There is no brush in the bottle, so it is impossible to apply to a toenail without risking a mess. Ultimately, it has no impact on nail fungus whatsoever. Don't waste your money or time with this product.

I saw no improvement. My nails are actually worse. Don't waste your money on this product. I wish I'd never bought it.

THIS WORKS! i don't know how to explain this but I don't think I had a nail fungus but it wasn't not a nail fungus. so here is the deal, the skin under my big toenail was like very thick and painful to cut my nails because of it. in the shower the white thick skin would soften up and kind of let me clean under my nails (I know all of this is gross) anyway basically the thick skin was attaching itself to my nail and it looked nasty and it like I said it was painful when I cut my toenails. I used this every night before bed for one week and it totally cleared whatever that was up. IN ONE WEEK! My nails look great and healthy and I can clip them without grabbing that hunk of thick skin. I looked it up online and no one seemed to know what it was but lots of people had the problem so if I am at all describing to you what you have I highly recommend this stuff!

The instructions with this are so poor...apply to nail is all it says!I tried this for a few days over my nail varnish but it kind of melts the varnish soaks in the resets the varnish so you need to keep your feet still for a while and it does make it look a bit naff. So I took off my varnish,now apply it once a day by putting a drop on the nail then spreading it about with the nozzle. You can actually see it working and nails are looking a lot healthier and the brown spots are disappearing.

OPI is a brand much associated with nail care. Their best-known products are nail varnishes and related finishes but the broader area of nail care is another that they cover although generally in a cosmetic sense. This is primarily a medical rather than cosmetic treatment and intended to help resolve the fairly common problem of fungal nail infections which can be unsightly, cause some discomfort or distress if severe and also be notoriously difficult to treat; it may take many months or longer to achieve a full cure although improvements may be evident rather more quickly. The packaging suggests a larger bottle or quantity than is actually supplied, but 30ml when applied 1 or 2 drops at a time is likely to last for months. It is a clear, colourless liquid, easy to apply, not as expensive (ml per £) as others some of which may contain various natural oils that may have reputed anti-bacterial (but not necessarily anti-fungal) capabilities, effectively condition or provide other claimed benefits. General consensus appears to indicate that they may sometimes work, although often not at all or with minimal long-term improvements. Most reviews for this product are positive, a reason leading to its choice. It is unrealistic to claim improvements after a couple of applications, but it is a longer-term expectation. The problem is isolated to one toe but not previously treated or been a particular concern.
