Solid, reliable, comfortable and now indispensable
Absolutely fantastic product. Well designed, solid, comfortable, almost ready to use straight out of the box. Have being using crutches for the last few months, and they are hard work especially over long distances. This scooter requires much less effort, allows travel over longer distances and with reduced chance of falling. Travels easily over gravel, grass and bumpy tarmac. Folds down easily to fit into the back of a car. I would recommend this to anyone with foot, ankle or leg problems

Sturdy and functional
Great alternative to crutches - your hands are free to make tea and cook and I couldn’t have managed without it. This model is sturdy and good on smooth floors and carpets. Not good on stony ground. I recommend also purchasing a cushion for your knee as the saddle is very hard.

Much better than crutches!
Immediately felt a sense of relief once I assembled this product and was able to move around the house freely. It is heavy, sturdy and does not have a great turning circle but it is MUCH easier to use than crutches or a walker and allows me to cook, wash-up and many more tasks. The cross channel on the seat is an important feature because it means I can have the the scooter parallel to a work top and kneel on it when I am working in the kitchen or have it parallel to the sofa and use the scooter as a footstool to elevate my leg. On the second day I had it I was able to go outside to to the postbox ten minutes walk away and post my vote. This scooter needs a bit of care to use in tight spaces in the house or uneven pavements but I am so glad I got it! The only slight glitch was it took me a few minutes to realise that, in order to use the "handbrake" function on my example, both brakes had to be applied simultaneously.

Easier than crutches but super tall!
This product is certainly more comfortable than crutches (I broke my ankle in two places). However, it’s SUPER TALL. Even when the pad is on the lowest setting I need to walk on my tippy toes on my good foot - and I am not short (I’m 5’8”). I would warn short people to measure carefully before purchasing. The device itself is good but a little cumbersome. However, I give 4 stars for sturdiness and maneuverability because each day it’s a little better for me. I expect it just takes practice. Also, be sure you have a tire pump to inflate the wheel (something I did not think about when I ordered it, but it could not be used without the tires being inflated first). Finally, (and this was my own misunderstanding, no fault of the seller) you cannot sit on this scooter and move. You can sit on the seat and rest for a moment, but it really is not built for sitting and scooting. You need to look at the more expensive models if you want to sit and scoot.

Great purchase after foot surgery.
I had foot surgery and this knee scooter is an ideal mobility aid especially as I have arthritis in my wrists and couldn’t have managed with crutches or sticks alone. Very pleased with the quality although you really need the sheepskin knee pad to go with it.

Run forrest run
The scooter is pretty good and pretty easy to put together. The knee seat feels like a brink. If you have a full boot on the long ones then you're going to have problems the top of the boot near your knee does not fit right making it uncomfortable to use and it pushing the toe part of the boot up so be careful if you just had surgery. The scooter seems to work ok but not great maybe it's not right hight for me and I need to change it. The problem I found is that the wheels are hard and could cause problems if you go over a bump. The scooter in away does what it says but it's also does not say the negative things that may cause people to feel more pain. I don't think many people with leg or ankle injury with be able to feel comfortable on a knee seat seat and that could cause a problem. There is a away to fix it but I have not tried to see if it any better but that is to buy a memory foam seat cover.

Sturdy and much easier than crutches
A week of using crutches into 6 weeks of non weight bearing due to an open fibula fracture and I was fed up so thought this would be easier. It’s been life changing so far. I can now use my hands to carry things in and I can get around the house much faster. It’s very sturdy and dead easy to build. I went to hospital for my stitches removal on it and everyone I met asked me where I had bought it from. Worth every penny.

OMG 6 stars- Life changing
Oh my God, what an invention I have been in bed for five weeks non-weight-bearing and could not use crutches or frame due to other medical conditions. Purchase this my mental health has escalated tenfold because now I can actually get out of bed and move around with these without relying on everybody else it's rather sturdy takes a little bit of getting used to. I'm not sure if you were frail if you could manage it because after scooting round the house for 10 minutes, my other leg hurts slightly it is very robust. I feel it is very sturdy. I highly recommend this to anyone who has to non-wait bear. I have another eight weeks to go so I am sure it will be well used.

Excellent quality and much more stable than the knee walker with hard 8” wheels. I live in MN and the small knee walker I had is horrible in winter conditions. It was almost unusable in parking lots or anywhere they had put down rock salt. Everything you hit would make the wheels veer off in another direction. This knee walker with the larger air filled soft wheels is a game changer for mobility. The tires did need to be aired up when I got it but assembly was very easy. I use the small knee walker in the house and this one for when I go out. The knee pad on this is also really nice and thick.

Overall, scooter works great, non slip, rides smoothly on ground and grass areas. Only downside is the scooter was a little damaged upon arrival.

My husband broke his ankle in December 2025. He had to have surgery and no weight bearing for 10 weeks. This knee scooter walker has given him some independence back while we wait for his hard cast to be removed. Highly recommend, but please note you will want to put air in the tires which will provide a better experience and help the scooter go through gravel and over uneven surfaces better. Quality product, adjustable fit and fairly easy to use. Weight rating is accurate plus 10 lbs (air in tires helped).

Five stars, with a few suggestions for improvement. I purchased this scooter because I was having ankle surgery and needed to remain non-weight bearing for at least 30 days. I chose this model specifically for the larger, air-filled wheels. I travel frequently through airports and knew smaller wheels would increase the risk of tipping. When the scooter arrived, the tires needed air, and I quickly learned that keeping them at 37 psi is essential for smooth riding and good coasting. Before surgery, I tested the scooter to get comfortable with it and noticed that the knee rest was quite firm and not ideal for extended use. I ended up purchasing a gel-filled accessory pad, which made a significant and welcome difference. After surgery, the scooter allowed me to stay very mobile, both around the house and when going out. My main criticism is the handlebar folding mechanism. A crank-style system would be much easier to use than the current setup, and an additional intermediate locking position halfway up the handlebars would be a helpful improvement. Overall, I truly love this product and would absolutely purchase it again without hesitation.

This is much safer than the other less expensive scooters with the hard plastic wheels. I'm into my 23rd week and 2 ankle surgeries and I still love this. I'm using it inside and it's not too bad to maneuver around tight spaces. It is sturdy however it is easy to lose your balance if you try to go too fast
