Precision and Quality for Model Building
The Army Painter Hobby Tools Plastic Frame Cutter is a must-have for any model enthusiast. The stainless steel blades are incredibly sharp, allowing for precise and clean cuts on plastic sprues without damaging delicate parts. It feels sturdy and well-balanced in hand, which makes the cutting easy and comfortable even during prolonged use. This flush cutter cleansly separates pieces from frames, reducing the need for additional sanding or trimming. The cutter’s size fits perfectly into my modeling toolkit, and the quality stands up well to frequent use without dulling quickly. Overall, this tool combines durability, precision, and ease of use, making it highly recommended for anyone serious about model building or crafts.

Good tool for modelling
Nicely put together, and so far so good. The angled head works it's magic for those awkward parts. The handle is comfortable too.

It's okay, could be better
It's an okay cutter but the head isn't as flat or as fine as I'd like for very detailed mini's. The Green Stuff World one is better for around the same price. This does the job and is fine and arrived in good time.

A good, strong, sprue snips.
A good, strong, sprue snips. The blade is a bit thicker than my cheaper snips but it cuts far better and is less prone to being chipped.

A good small plastic cutter
This is a good small plastic cutter designed by the Army Painter team for a specific series of jobs probably most commonly the removal of plastic molding frame from the model to be painted. Most complex "minis" are multipart for different posing, weapon types etc so starting with accurate removal is a good preparation to start the process. Of course most painters will probably continue refinement to "mold lines" and other irregularities but again these cutter are a good start, not least because of the angled blades. There are other good products out there an as usual price may be the deciding factor in the end but they seem well up to the job.
