I'm fairly new to baking and had no clue I even needed something called a bench scraper--until I did. My sister is a long time baker and clued me in when I was describing my challenges with getting dough divided up easily. I ran across the ALLTOP on Amazon and liked what I saw--especially the under $7 current pricing. The ALLTOP scraper is heavy duty stainless steel and very well made suggesting years of durability and use. Since getting it, I have used it nearly daily as its great for use for everything from breaking up walnuts halves, to scraping the pieces (and other hard to grab items) into the bowl, to dividing up dough for calzones. It is becoming a staple in my kitchen toolbox to be sure and would recommend this quality made utensil to anyone looking for quality, efficiency, comfort, value, and durability in their kitchen utensils.

This product was exactly as described. The handle is comfortable and easy to hold. The blade is sturdy and cuts dough easily. The ruler is easy to see; however the measurement exchange and description is in a small print which is somewhat more difficult to read.

Great for scraping my diced veggies. Goes into the dishwasher. Works as described.

This is an essential tool if you have butcher block counter tops or wood cutting boards. It is very high quality and feels good in the hand. AND...here are measurements etched into the blade. Its a great gift for any serious pastry cook.

Handle has a little grip and fits perfectly, comfortably in the hand. Seems strong, sturdy.

How did I live w/o this tool? Very sharp. Easy to handle with a nice topper, easy clean & store.
