Great product. It took my cat about a month to get used to using it but she is easily scarred by noise. Easy to set wifi hub and the app. Works great.

Love this, my cat took a couple of days before she was comfortable using it . Best way around it was to use the two bowl option.

It looks nice and the app works well but this feeder eats through batteries making it very expensive to run. Next time, will purchase the original model. It does not have the fancy app etc but the batteries last for a very long time. Very disappointed with this new model.

Aside from the fact it arrived dirty, damaged & used...When it says microchip, its means any and all! Eg if you have two cats & want one to be able to get the food & one not to, it doesnt work, you cant register specific chips. Utterly pointless & poorly advertised.

I absolutely adore this product. I have one cat with dietary requirement and one cat who gobbles everything down. So for keeping them separate and on a diet it is amazing. The app is really cool and being able to weigh the food has been helpful. Our cats don’t bother us as much for food as they can now nibble through the day as they please. Both cats figured it out very quickly (same day) with a couple of treats to do so. Really easy to clean. Only criticism would be that one of our cats is tall and doesn’t like the arch touching her ears, so she does stand in a bit of an odd way to use it. Could be bigger in that arch area.

Me ha cambiado la vida con estos comederos. Se abren con el chip de la cabeza del gato y e comprado 2 uno para cada gato que tienen alimentaciones diferentes. Ya no tengo que agacharme para dar de comer al gato el pienso especial y que no se lo coma mi otro hago. Ojalá lo hubiera comprado antes y no me tendría como una esclava quitando y recogiendo el pienso todo el rato. Controlo también lo que come y las veces que va al comedero, que según la estadística siempre va entre las 4 y las 6 de la mañana, así que ya no me tengo que levantar zombi de la cama para ponerle la comida. El precio lo vale sin duda.

I like that the bowls are easy to clean. The single bowl is wide enough for my cat’s whiskers not to be irritated while he eats. And the double bowls are good for when I need to supplement dry food with wet food or pumpkin. The bowl holders are magnetically held in place so its easy to use. The app works well however I would think a product with all this technology involved would have a timer function in order to space out meal times. Unfortunately that is what this product is missing. I have a busy schedule and while this feeder helps me worry less about my cats stealing each other’s food, it does not help me space out mealtimes when I’m at work or swamped with school assignments.
