If you don't want to go on accutane, buy this
I am 27 years old and have struggled with acne since a teenager. I've never had a severe case with cystic acne but definitely hormonal acne that would flare up with a bunch of pimples on my cheeks and jawline mainly. I have been on benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin, and differin for 8 years and it seemed like I built up up resistance to that. I continued using those products while using the lights and I think the lights were what helped calm my acne down. I definitely have a lot less inflammation. I do get some breakouts but they aren't as nasty as they used to be and go away faster. The light has also helped fade some scarring. It takes time to see results. Don't get discouraged. It took me about 3 weeks to notice a change and by 6 weeks, I was pretty happy with the results. Skin might get a little worse at first as it goes through a purge phase but stick to it. So happy I invested in this. It is pricey but it is an investment to add into my daily routine that takes me 18 minutes to do my face (one on my chin, one on my forehead, and two spots on each cheek). I thought this was a better option than accutane.

This device is so cheap and over priced
Red light therapy is amazing this device is not! Turns off and on when ever does not have a good on off switch. Must be plugged in to a short cord to work. So over priced I would invest in a different larger product for the price

Great for stubborn acne
I have had this for a few months a bit nervous to use it. I was worried that i was going to end up being light sensitive and i was going to have to walk around with discolored skin. Well the stay at home order went into effect, so bein seen out wasnt an issue anymore. I did do a light check on my arm before putting on my face, and i had no adverae reaction. I have very stubborn acne that always appears to heal on the surface, but i will have this bump under the surface that will not go away. My problem areas are my cheeks. I started with once a day treatments after washing my face. After 2 days i started to notice a decrease in size of my under skin acne. The bacteria that is lingering under the surface is finally being penetrated by the light. This has been added as part of my daily face care routine. I now use as a preventive.

WON'T SHARE THEIR WAVELENGTH ! LOW QUALITY< BAD COMPANY< DOESN'T WORK
After using this product daily for nearly a month I still notice little to no difference. The product itself is heavy once the 3 batteries it requires are applied, it covers an extremely small surface area and the button is terrible. Its either too easy to turn on or impossible to turn on and then turns off either when you don't want it to or not at all easily. It's poorly designed. The BIGGEST RED FLAG though is that the company says they will not share the wavelength because its "proprietary information" ! That's like Tylenol claiming the number of mg of acetaminophen is proprietary! That's like you go to buy a light bulb and ask how many watts it is and the clerk says "sorry I can't share that top secret information!" SO RIDICULOUS! What's the truth? Red light therapy is scientifically PROVEN, but the wavelength HAS to be strong enough. Mid 600 nm to 800 nm is the most effective. My guess is ReVive is trying to make money off people by making sub-par lights and then offering FSA coverage so that people will buy it, little do they know they are wasting their FSA money on an inferior product that either doesn't work or doesn't work as well. They save money on creating these cheaper products and that's why theirs cost a little less.

Worked fine but then just stopped working altogether
Worked fine for a few months and then just stopped working! Not the quality I'd expect from this project, but I guess it's just poorly made (which you can tell by the quality of plastic).

Very good for acne skin
Been doing research on these types of devices and I decided to go with this one, and I’m so glad I did! Not only does it stop pimples and cysts from forming, but it also keeps my skin so smooth and soft! My skin is definitely transforming, the key is to be consistent maybe lol, to be honest I started off consistently every other day and now I do once or twice a week and it still gives results! Only thing I would warn against is, do not press the device up against your skin, instead just hold very close to your skin without touching, I found that when you press it against your skin it leaves little dark tan spots, so just do it the way is said and you’ll be so happy with your results!

I’m not sure
I’m not quite sure what this is doing. I’ve seen no changes and no improvement. I’ve used it 6 months. It was expensive. The plastic is very low quality. It almost feels like it’s a dollar store product.
