Super fresh and not all broken into small chunks! I was very pleased with these just like I have with other items I have purchased of the Yupik brand.

YuPik Roasted Salted Whole Cashews Pro's and Con's: PROs : — Large Whole Cashews (no broken pieces). These are as large as Trader Joe's Jumbo cashews W150's. — Fresh (distinct snap with each bite, tasted fresh + buttery = delicious). — Good Price CONs : — Waaaaay too salty! I rolled the cashews in a towel to remove some of the salt, which worked reasonably well (and then placed them in a salad spinner to shake off the excess).

Tasty. At least different from standard brands. Not too much salt. Not quite as roasted as I would like or as other brands, but satisfactory quality. I may purchase again. Better than what Costco is selling at the moment.

Who doesn't love cashews? Large bag, good price, delightful roasted flavor and salty. Very fresh taste. Listed as whole roasted cashews where I would say mostly whole roasted cashews. Will buy again as we love having them on hand.
