I've been waxing myself for about 7 years. I've always used Sally Hansen's soft wax. I finally decided to try something new. This wax worked well. It hurts a bit more than I'm used to but the results are phenomenal. It really grips the hairs especially the fine ones. I loved how thin I can lay this wax. I will say that when it came to getting in between the "cheeks" it was a bit tricky. But, overall this was easy to use. I can tell that this will last me about a year given how little I used to do a Brazilian, my underarms, chin, lip, and brows. So I now have a years worth of wax for $15. That's a deal! Some reviewers complained about a lot of wax coming off with the lid. I just placed the tin in my warmer before attempting to take the lid off. After the wax was warm the lid came off easily with minimal wax stuck to it.

I was surprised at how easy it was to pull off the strips and how effective the wax was at taking off hair. No reaction whatsoever afterwards. Great product!

I go to a person for my face and was always frustrated with shaving my legs (so I rarely did it). I decided to give it a go and purchased this wax after reading the reviews. I have to say, it was super easy to use and I love the results!! Some tips though ... First of all this particular wax is NOT a hard wax (there is a hard wax in the listing, but this one is not), so be sure to buy strips to pull the wax up with. You will also need wooden sticks to spread it out with and something to melt the wax. Upon reading another review, I went with a candle warmer instead of the more expensive wax melter thingy. It worked perfectly! But you have to give the wax time to melt. I would say mine took about an hour to get to the right consistency. It will make your life so much easier if you just wait until it's a little thinner. It will spread much easier on your skin. If you are brand new to waxing your legs, I highly suggest laying down an old towel and be patient. It may get messy, but once you have the method down, it works perfectly. When you put the fabric strip over the wax, rub it down real good, getting the edges of the wax and everything. Run your knuckles over the whole strip 3 or 4 times to be sure it adheres well and the edges are really caught. I saw my wax lady do this and it really helps with getting all the edges up when you pull. Most likely you will have residual sticky stuff on your skin, something like GiGi's wax remover will help with that. My skin is so soft and smooth after using this! Normally I have leg stubble about half a day after shaving. It has now been a full 24 hours since I waxed and my legs are still so smooth. I am in love!

What I liked most was that it didn't hurt when I removed the wax with the strips. When I applied the wax, it was at the perfect temperature, and I shaved my underarms and bikini area without irritating my skin.👌🏼

Please, do not buy. I have been waxing for around 3-4 years now, and when my last batch of wax ran out, I decided to try something new. One of my friends had recommended this wax brand and product, claiming it worked great for her so I went in expecting good results. To begin with, the wax was already somewhat flexible when I first opened up the container. Taking the lid off resulted in a mess that proved almost impossible to clean up, but still I figured it was just me. I read the directions before use and started waxing once I felt confident enough. The wax barely got any hair, and to top it off the majority of the wax was stuck stubbornly to my skin refusing to be taken off. I tried more waxing paper, oil, water, I tried scrubbing but nothing, the wax wouldn’t budge. After countless minutes spent attempting new methods to get the wax off I finally relented and resorted to shaving which helped but left me annoyed because the whole reason I wax is to avoid shaving. After the mess and stress I decided against repeating the process on my other armpit. Today I woke up, armpit is incredibly irritated. Maybe it was user error (although I doubt it) or maybe I was simply allergic to something in the wax, but either way save yourself the trouble and money, do not buy this.

As someone who’s used liquid wax for a long time, I can say that this wax is amazing. It definitely works well for fine to medium hair (upper lip), and grips the hair without hurting the skin. Got a clean pull on the first try. There are some things to be aware of though before purchasing: - the strips and applicator are NOT included. you’ll need to purchase your own strips and wooden applicators - the container is really unwieldy - when you open the wax, even in a cool environment, it practically oozes out and it’s difficult to close again because the wax seeps out and around the lid - it says you need a warmer for this — I had (mistakenly) assumed that I could just use a microwave. maybe do, but the directions mention a warmer. I ended up taking a little bit of the wax and microwaving it in a bowl So overall - great wax, just be aware of these details

Great for sensitive skin. Skin does not break which is a plus. The wax when it is heated, it looks like a pearl consistency.

I've been a waxer for a few years now and have always stayed in the satin smooth brand because they're waxes are so good for my sensitive skin. I tried this one out and it's my new go to wax! It does have a fairly strong fragrance, but it's about as pain free as waxing goes! I hope they never change the formula or discontinue it!

Maybe this due to lack of experience with soft wax but this didn't work for me. I prepared both the hair and skin before waxing and on my first strip, it ripped the top layer of my skin clean off, even though I had put down powder first. This product is not for me, I'll be returning to the Babyliss hard wax.

I bought this hard wax in advance for when I ran out. Didn’t think to read it and upon opening it I realized it’s cream wax… product is good but product isn’t good when you have no strips for it.
