My criticism was wrong
Previously wrote about color tube was light ash blonde and not ash blonde but used it and it is exactly the color I want so please disregard my criticism I love that this is natural

Color was ok, but def not what the pic showed....but hair is brittle & unmanagable.
Had high hopes for this...but it left my hair so incredibly dry, brittle & like straw. Nothing is settling it down. The conditioner is useless. Won't use again.

Gentle on my hair
Gentle on my hair. Did not damage. The color did pull a little brassy but not too terrible. I would consider purchasing the same again.

It didn't work on my grey hair
Product smells good and friendly on your hair but it didn't work on my grey hair at all. I saturated my hair well for 30 min.

Gentle and effective
Very gentle and long lasting color. I've used other no ammonia brands but this one seems easiest on my scalp.

Better than expected.
First time I tried this one. Color was much better than my Nice and Easy of the same color.

Dried my hair and created one color
I actually had a haidresser apply it while she was here to do my mom's hair. After using it she and I were both weary of this product. My hair had nice variations in color, so I picked this color to continue that, cover some grey and lighten what I had. Plus use the conditioner to well condition my hair at the end. Instead my beautiful variations became one unflattering light brown color (unlike the box shows.) And there was no conditioner, instead it was kinda like a shampoo and therefore not helpful at all. The whole process dried out my hair. I've used box color before and never had a problem. I'm so disappointed and need to now pay to address the color and dryness. I won't use this brand again!
