I bought this (not an incentivized review) to use via bluetooth with a SIP phone (VoIP desktop - Grandstream GXP2135) for work, so a charging stand was essential. I also use it on the go with my smartphone. When I'm working remotely, I like to work from coffee shops and listen to music, so the sound quality also had to be good. Overall I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this headset! - Microphone: Crystal clear. As good or better than using the handset. The boom swivels to either side by spinning the side of the earcup. Voice isolation is very good, but not perfect. Your voice will always be clear, but if you have a clicky keyboard, they will be able to hear it in the background. - Audio: Balanced/flat. Mids and highs are crystal clear, but not much bass. They're definitely tuned to be a headset. Voice sounds awesome and acoustic music sounds beautiful. Sound isolation is moderate. Most sound is blocked out (like computer buzzing), but you can hear yourself type and people when they talk to you. - Connection: Super simple. There is a bluetooth slider, so connecting it to 2 devices was a breeze. - Build Quality: High end plastics throughout with metal headband. Good, quiet swivel and nice paint. The protein ear pads and headband are very comfortable. Perfect fit, not too tight or loose (I wear a size L hat). - Features: You get nice spoken feedback for power on/off, bluetooth on/off/pairing, and mute on/off which is very helpful. The earcups swivel 180 degrees to lay flat on either side. The boom swings to either side. The buttons feel nice. The mute feature is a lifesaver for bathroom breaks lol. The stand is very nice and the headset connects to the charging points easily every time. The one complaint I have is that the charging port for the stand is on the side, which makes the cord get in the way on my setup, but it's really no big deal. I just would've preferred it on the back.

UPDATE - These broke after 3 months and their customer service/support unable to help. Did not hold up any better than cheap ones. *********These are great for the price. Using them to work from home, so am wearing them off and on for 8 hrs a day. Very comfy on the ears and good clarity on calls.

Pretty decent headset. I have owned these for 30 days give or take. Pros: Easy setup. Easy charging. Easy pairing to my home desktop, work laptop, and work and personal phones. I can hear dings for texts, listen to music, and switch to calls on my phone or VOIP The headphones are comfortable for wearing them for 7-8 hours a day while working. I have yet to get it to low battery even when listening to music and having 6 hours of calls. Cons: The one earpiece broke. Litteraly broke while I was wearing it and fell of my head. A little super glue later and we are back in business. Last night the device had a steady red light and flipping power would not fix it. I ended up plugging it in via USB and it seems to have reset the headset and it is working again. The mute function doesn't relay back to Teams/Skype to software mute. You have to hold it down then hear " you are now muted" or "you are now unmuted" so it takes 3-5 seconds to mute or unmute and miss what is being said during that time. Overall: 3.5/5 stars. Still prefer it to my wired, and uncomfortable wireless headsets.

I bought this product because I work from home and have a lot of conference calls each day. I selected this product for the leather quality, battery life, charging stand, and most of all the mute button (I have a mechanical keyboard and therefore my typing is loud - I hoped the mute button would enable me to cut the typing noise out while not speaking). All features I was seeking were great except the mute button. The mute button is awkwardly placed on the boom mic, the button itself is hard to press, and it takes several seconds for the headset to activate the mute feature, including that the headset says "microphone mute on" which adds additional transition time and lead to my conference colleagues asking whether I knew I was still muted. Additionally, the way this headset paired to my windows PC, any windows system notification prompt like "do you want to save before closing?" or notifications that I got a new message in Outlook or Skype overrode the audio of my phone call and I couldn't hear the call for several seconds before or after the prompt sound. If you're buying this headset to listen to music and conduct occasional calls, it'll be great. It really was high quality feeling and sound quality was great. The mic is omnidirectional though, so it picked up a lot of my keyboard sounds. I wish the mute feature was better! Pairing between my PC and my android cell was a bit clumsy to switch back and forth as well.

With Covid, two of us were working from home - this was great to talk to staff and coworkers vs a cell phone. It eliminated a lot of other surrounding noises, made talking clearer for others to hear & was great when on MSTeams for meetings.

Update: Ich habe es jetzt DREI JAHRE in Benutzung und bin hochzufrieden: Der Akku hält lange, das Ding verbindet sich zuverlässig via Bluetooth, der Klang ist gut, die Muscheln lösen sich nicht auf. AUFGEWERTET von 4 auf 5 Sternen, würde den Hersteller jederzeit wieder kaufen. Es ist schon ein Dilemma, von den großen Herstellern für Hifi-Kopfhörer (BeyerDyn, AKG, Sennheiser, Sony) wird neuerdings zwar eine Headset-Funktion in viele mobile Modelle eingebaut, aber nur mit einem Mikro in der Hörmuschel. Der nach vorne gesprochene Sprach-Schall müsste um den Kiefer herum , um das Mikro zu "treffen". Damit muss man in Videokonferenzen ständig laut reden, sonst beschweren sich die anderen, dass man so leise sei. Für ernsthafte Anwendung ist der kleine Bügel zum Mikro entscheidend. Dann gibt es hervorragende Headsets von Plantronics, Jabra, etc. auf denen man besser keine Musik hören sollte. Ich wollte beides in einem Gerät und bin das Risiko eines mir bis dato ungekannten Herstellers eingegangen. Gut verarbeitet, schicke Ladestation (aber eben auch Lademöglichkeit am Kabel, toll!), gute Musikwiedergabe, hervorragende Headset-Funktion und sogar ein Beutel für den Transport ins Büro. Alles super? Die eigentlich einfache Lautstärke-Regelung durch Drehen an einer Ohrmuschel ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (geht erst schwer zu drehen und hat dann bald einen "Anschlag"), aber das ist etwas subjektiv. Ob die Kunstleder-Ohrmuschelverkleidung mehrere Jahre hält, was man bei einem 3-stelligen Preis erwarten dürfte, zeigt nur die Zeit, daher hier ohne Berücksichtigung. Insgesamt ein gutes Produkt.

Ses qualités : le son est clair, la synchronisation audio-vidéo bonne, la pression sur les oreilles satisfaisante. Deux lacunes toutefois : - Le réglage du volume sur l’écouteur droit au moyen d’une couronne lisse et pentue, qui glisse sous les doigts ; des stries seraient bienvenues ; - L’absence de chargeur, au moins pour le socle de repos des écouteurs ; en effet, l’alimentation des prises USB du téléviseur disparait lorsque celui-ci est éteint.
