Great
This paint is great! It's completely baby safe since the ingredients are all food. It's expensive, but we've been using the same pack for 3 years- a little powder goes a long way. The texture isn't like regular paint, the colors aren't as vibrant as regular paint, they dry to different shades, and they fade over time. This isn't surprising since they're food! I've also never had this stain my kids' skin and it's easy to clean up. I'm certain it would stain fabric (especially the turmeric one) so my kids paint in just a diaper. It would likely stain light colored plastic as well, like a highchair tray, but it's never stained our sealed wooden table and is easy to clean off. I would never use this paint to make keepsake items or gifts for others, for that we use acrylic paints and keep a VERY close eye on kids who might try to taste it. But the veggie paints are perfect when the goal of the art project is simply to have fun and make a mess!

Perfect for sensory play
This was perfect for our purpose of sensory play. The paints are different textures, bright colors, different spice smells and safe when wet. My 9 month old had a blast painting the canvas and everything else. She got them on her face, which I felt more comfortable with given their ingredients. Clean up was easy since we did it in the bath tub. Between painting and bathing, we used an entire wake window doing this activity and still have plenty of paint to do it again a few more times. Cons: if you’re looking to make keepsakes, these likely aren’t for you. The colors dull to chalk shades when dry, it smells of spices and looks textured and delicate. I don’t think they’d hold up well over time without some sort of added coat to preserve them

Safe & Easy to Clean!
I love that this paint is safe and not full of chemicals. The powder is great for storage (the bags reseal well) and easy to keep clean. It can be hard to find the right water ratio for bold colors and a good paintbrush consistency.

Non toxic edible finger paints
This was a gift for my 1 year old granddaughter to introduce her to finger painting without the dyes or chemicals.

It's okay
I like the idea of edible paints in case my little one sticks it in her mouth. However it's not really paint consistency and once it's on paper it doesn't stick to paper like paint does. You're literally just smearing food on a page and hoping that it stains the paper the color that the food is. Now looking back at the example photos it's pretty accurate to their description. I think its still fun and great exposure to texture. If you're looking for the traditional paint type of experience though, I wouldn't get this.

Very Fun, Easy, and Safe
Got this for my 11 month old niece to give her a fun artistic sensory experience. These paints are awesome!! I felt very safe using it with my niece, especially when she did sneak a finger into her mouth. I put her in a small blow up pool and let her experiment. She loved squeezing the paint between her fingers and toes. When clean up time came the paint was easy to rinse off. Although, FYI, what I'm assuming was the beet and the turmeric did leave a slight tint on her skin after rinsing, but it faded away with her regular bath later that night. Knowing that these were natural pigments, neither I, nor her parents, were concerned about it. I did buy the branded finger paint paper with it, which is not as glossy as regular finger paint paper or as thin as copy paper. If your looking for artwork to keep than invest in the paper. If you're more interested in the exploration and sensory experience any paper will do. All in all this was a great purchase and I can't wait to use it again!

Worth it!!
These are awesome and my infant loves them too! Did not stain though each color has strong deep pigments. Definitely comforting to know when my baby is playing (and inevitably) puts her hands in her mouth she is safe. Worth the price.

Easy clean up
Paint was super easy to clean, came out of my white shirt and was not noticeable. Super easy to use 2 tsp of water per tsp of powdered paint, some colors need a litter more water than others for instance the yellow was too thick so I added and mixed more water and it thinned. Super safe and wipeable, would make a good gift for a toddler. My baby is 19 months and really enjoyed the texture of this paint,a had a little grit to it,I would recommend trying this product.
