DC Sports Short Ram Intake, compatible with Infiniti 03-05 G35 / Nissan 350Z 3.5L

Really good intake for the price. The install took about 40 minutes with proper tools. I used a clip remover, a ratchet with a 10mm socket, and some really long nose pliers to get the hose off the back of the engine. It fit really well on my 04’ g35 coupe. Sounds really good and pretty loud.

It's nice. No crazy power gain just adds that satisfying air sucking sound to your Z or G for cheap. The K&n filter can be upgraded to a higher flow filter for the biggest SUCC but it's good enough for stock and if you combined it with big throttle body, freer flowing exhaust, and big injectors/fuel pump you will see and hear the performance it provides. Little things here and there add up and it's better than the nasty stock air box.

I don’t know to much about cars, but that being said I took this intake to one of the biggest car heads I know. He ended up installing it for me with such fluidity and he wouldn’t stop talking about how nice this kit is, and how the material is amazing and I could tell he genuinely loved the kit compared to other kits he’s probably dealt with. 5 stars amazing product the car runs soooo nice now and makes the sexiest sound. Overall was easy to install. Comes with everything you need. Very good for the price. Only thing that would make this better is if it came with its own heat shield. Gave it 4 star because there definitely some room for improvement.

Great product overall. It’s an easier intake to do, but did have some quirks. I feel the bracket to bolt it into place should be moved about an inch forward, I had to play with it a lot to get it all to match up right. I did not like how tight the coupling was, was damn near impossible to move once it’s on the intake. The filter itself is oiled and wants to slide off the intake, you really have to crank down those clamps to keep it in place. My only real problem is with the vacuum line location, it is way too far back towards the firewall, the hose has to be cut to fit, and it was still a tight fit.

The intake looks great and is very sturdy, induction noises that can be finally heard. No noticeable power gain but better throttle response. Install was a breeze took me less than 30min to finish everything. You get bang for your buck for this intake.

Excelente calidad, pero un punto muy importante, es que esta limitado el ajuste de la tuberia ya que la manguera esta muy corta de longitud. Y la tubería no trae esa placa de DC intake color negro. Mala publicidad!!!
