The Energy Detective Pro 400 Energy Monitor (Commercial/Industrial), 3-Phase, 400 Amp

Every month I've tried to get a reading so I can bill my tenant, the darn thing has to be reset, so I can't bill my tenant properly. Instead of saving me money, I threw my $$$ away, and an probably losing money from my tenant. Don't waste your time and money with this thing

I purchased this product as a suggestion from my electrician after I complained about high energy bills, and it exceeded my expectations. Compared to other commercial electricity monitors designed for three phase electrical systems, this monitor was below my price point. Although I had to pay my electrician to install the system (I have no experience being inside breaker panels), he was able to install the system within 30 minutes. We were instantly able to see how much electricity our entire office building is using. It took about 10 minutes to customize the system (you must enter in your utility rates, including taxes, fees, certain rates, etc.), but I was able to find all the necessary information I needed by looking at my latest electricity bill online. I plan on buying the TED Spyder when it becomes available, which will allow me to view individual circuits (offices) in our building.
