Solved resistance problem on my NordicTrack Elliptical Trainer...
My NordicTrack Elliptical was not increasing resistance in response to commands from the control panel. I could hear clicking and such from the resistance motor that led to diagnosis the motor was failing, so I ordered this from Treads via Amazon. Received it in a timely manner and swapped DIY -- now resistance works properly and my wife complains she can't complete some of the exercise programs she did while it was broken!!

very expensive for 5 dollars worth of simple electronics and plastic gears that will undoubtedly wear out again. unfortunately this is the cheapest replacement I could find to fix my $1200 machine.

Won't Fix Resistance Issues - Don't Even Bother
This motor did not fix my resistance issue and when I tried to return it they said it was too late, so I am stuck with a $100 solution that doesn't work.
