I really like how I felt using these. I saw a bit of increase in focus and energy. Only con is that my family likes it too! Now I have to buy more.

There wasn’t any instant feeling in my opinion, but after a week or two I realized that my sleep had been so much better, and being awake when I needed to be was also better quality. I feel like my moods have been more even - possibly a result of better sleep. Who knows - I like this stuff though!

A definite improvement for energy and stamina! I take B vitamins along with the adaptagens. Standard size capsules, easy to take. Other herbs give you a calming effect!

I wish I could give a better review of this product, but after 5 days of taking it my face broke out in itchy blotches so I discontinued use.

I can't say anything bad about the product. I've been taking it for a few weeks and I haven't had any adverse effects.
