This filter is incredible! It's sturdy and works perfectly. The fine mesh keeps the coffee grounds inside the filter and not in your coffee pot! The fit is perfect for my 12-cup Black & Decker coffee maker. I've made one cup, two cups, and 10 cups and it's held up great. But, my favorite feature is the cleanup!! Because it is sturdy and not flimsy mesh like other filters, clean up is a breeze! The grounds fall out easily and my biggest amazement of all is that after sponge & soap washing, there are NO coffee stains on the mesh!! It looks brand new every time. I swear my coffee tastes better not having to filter through paper! Why did I wait so long???? No more paper filters. Highly recommend!!

It's really good and easy to clean, I even ended up receiving a second one with my order because they sent me another one after believing it was lost in transit or no arriving. It doesn't rust and does a good filtering.

Exactly as describes and shipped quick. This little rascal works great and beats having to mess with those filters. I hated the filters trying to get them apart without them losing their shape. The stainless will keep it from ever rusting and just put it in dishwasher . I could have used this many yrs ago.

It shows on Amazon that this is a frequently returned item. I can assure you it must be ONLY because it was the wrong size for someone's coffee pot. Because this thing could not be better. It is a very high quality excellent made product that works great and lasts a very long time. I would recommend this to everyone. It is very easy to clean. It has the perfect size little holes all around and at bottom of filter. I have not once seen a grind in my coffee from this. It truly is the perfect coffee filter.

I have always purchased a different kind of reusable filter but his one is much nicer. It seems a little pricey but I can see that it will last a long time with care. It's easy to clean and can be run in the dishwasher occasionally to sanitize it. Fits in a 12cup coffee maker well.

Works on my Black And Decker Coffee maker. Regular filters were not tall enough so grounds kept overflowing into brew basket causing a mess, clogging of the drain holes. This filter basket has solved the overflow problem with room to spare at top of basket. It drains perfectly with above average amount of grounds in basket. I have not noticed any sludge left at bottom of carafe. Taste of coffee is improved with paper of filters not being the barrier anymore. Easy to dump and wipe out grounds and easy to hand wash. Best part is no plastic and just metal in this reusable filter basket. It is taller than my old plastic reusable filter. I feel it drains better than the plastic reusable filter. It also does not stain like the plastic filters do. Comes in a durable plastic packaging that keeps the metal from being damaged during shipping. Well worth the cost and I believe this filter will hold up for quite a long time. Durable even tapping it while emptying in garbage. It is thick enough to not bend or dent while tapping against garbage can but being too forceful could cause denting. Size is for 12 cup coffee maker and sits in the coffee maker basket with a little extra room around it so it is not snug against basket. Overall very happy with this metal reusable filter vs. plastic reusable filters.

Holes are so small it looks like a plain sheet metal cup from some angles. Yet flows water better than a traditional plastic screen basket. Can't overflow it with full-on sink faucet. A little amazing. Perf metal sheet not so thin as likely to wrinkle or crush.

I bought the stainless steel filter to replace the old paper filters that I’ve been using for years in the hopes that I didn’t have to keep buying filters and then throwing them away, and the last filters in the filter package always got flattened and the filters didn’t work well towards the end of the pack, so this seemed like a good option. This is a well-made product and it does function as advertised, but the problem with it is when you have to throw away the coffee grounds and have to actually clean the filter. To clean the filter I would take the steel cup and hold it upside down over our recycle bin and just bang it to get out most of the coffee grounds out, but the problem is there’s still a substantial amount of coffee grounds attached to the filter, which I don’t want to rinse and put down the drain of our house and then have those grounds build up overtime and cause problems with drainage. I went and got a small bucket out of the garage and put water in it and then I would go and actually pre-rinse the filter in this bucket and capture the grounds in the bucket before I would then wash it in the sink, and then about once a week, I would just dump the coffee grounds out in the yard. This was a pain and I did this for a few months before switching back to the paper filters. It’s so much easier to throw away the grounds with the paper filter again, I can’t believe I stayed with that stainless steel cup for so long. When I get to the end of the paper filter pack when the filters are flattened out and haven’t held their shape, I’ll just throw those away and go get a new pack, it’s worth the expense to not have to deal with cleaning that stainless steel cup again.

Great item for normal coffee maker. Easy to fill, easy to empty & clean. The porosity (size of holes) is very small and clogs if the coffee grounds are TOO powdery. Makes perfect coffee with normal size gounds.
