Battery never fully charges
The battery capacity seems off. I have not seen it at 100%, when I first got it, it was charging and I was using it so though it would eventually be full, but even a few weeks later the next time I went to use the laptop again and it was still not fully charged. I took the battery out and let it sit for a few days and then re-installed it and it still didn't fully charge. I wasn't until I downloaded the HP's hardware diagnostic tool that, it was also detecting a battery problem and suggested I change out the battery since it was only charging up to 69%. I ordered the battery on August 12, got it on the 14th, so in less than 3 months as of today 11/7/2022, it lost 30% capacity. It still works, but not looking good. UPDATE 11/22/2022: Added 2 stars for Customer Service. They reached out to me and sent me a new battery and this one worked as expected. The new one charged to 100 and passed the hardware test. They didn't ask for the return of the old one and didn't ask for a review change. Thank you, Fancy Buying!

Completely Disappointed
Battery worked perfectly when I first received it. Now only after two months, it won't hold a charge. I tried contacting the support number listed and only get a busy signal. Tried reaching the website listed and it can't be found. I am truly disappointed because now I still need a new battery.
